Customer Reviews

Customer Review: My second purchase of this very same vacuum. Really liked the product so I purchased another unit for my parents who love it and say how lightweight and easy to use around their apartment. It’s lightweight, sleek, and super easy to maneuver around furniture and tight spaces. It picks up everything from fine dust to pet hair with ease, even on carpets. Battery life has been more than enough for my needs—I can clean my entire house on a single charge. The attachments are also a big plus. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to empty and maintain. The dustbin empties cleanly, and the filters are simple to remove and wash. Especially nice that the head swivels. Overall great puchase.

Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had my Chebio A16 Cordless Vacuum for 3 days, but I’m already in love with it! ❤️ I love that I can operate it with one hand (even with my carpal & cubital tunnel syndrome issues) because it’s light and turns direction easily. It’s easy to clean, easy to store, and easy to charge (see more about battery optimization below). Chebio replacement parts for the A16 model (batteries & hepa filters) are sold here on Amazon too. It doesn’t cover as wide of a foot-path across the floor as my previous cordless vacuum, which makes for a few more passes, but I don’t mind because it can fit in between more places and I like this one a whole lot better than my last one anyway. My favorite thing about it is that it can do my entire apartment, from hard laminate floors to my shaggy shag carpet, and everything in between (See my video). My next favorite thing about it is the upgraded Anti-tangle V-Roller Brush design. This allows hair to get sucked up without getting tangled on the roller. I vacuum up so much hair every time I vacuum that I’ve always had to manually pull it off the roller after every use! (I’ve often wondered how I have any hair left on my head! 👩‍🦲🤭 Anyhoo…) I’ve used my new vacuum 3 days in a row now and haven’t had to pull any hairs off the roller at all, yet the catch basin is full of hair! Love that! It’s vacuumed up everything I’ve tried, from kitty litter, hair, dust, and heavy winter salt & sand from my doormat! 🥳 Cant wait to go vacuum my car! To sum it all up, I love this vacuum!! I highly recommend it and I’m so glad I got it !! 😀 ❤️P.S. As if all that wasn’t enough, customer service is super friendly and responsive. I emailed them on day one to see how I could optimize the life of the battery best, and they replied within just a couple hours. I’ve copied the main portion of their reply and included it below for your benefit. From Customer Service (support@chebio.cn):”To help extend the life of your battery over time, here are some best practices:Charging Routine:It’s best to charge the battery until it reaches full capacity and then unplug it. Keeping it constantly plugged in for extended periods isn’t necessary and may slightly reduce long-term battery health. You don’t need to let the battery fully drain** before recharging. In fact, you can recharge it after each vacuum session, regardless of the remaining battery level. Modern lithium-ion batteries are designed to handle partial charges without damage.Avoid Extreme Temperatures:Store and charge the vacuum in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in very hot or very cold environments, as extreme temperatures can shorten battery life.Regular Use:Regular usage helps maintain battery health. If the vacuum will be unused for a long period, charge it to about 50–70% and store it, then recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.Cleaning and Maintenance:Keeping the vacuum and battery contacts clean ensures proper charging and prevents unnecessary strain on the battery.Following these steps should help you get **maximum lifespan and consistent performance from your Chebio A16 battery.”

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I recently purchased the Besweep Grand H8, and it has completely exceeded my expectations for a cordless vacuum. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end performance and user-friendly features. What I love about it:Insane Suction Power: The 650W brushless motor provides incredible suction (up to 55KPa). I especially love the “Hurricane Mode” (60KPa) for deep-cleaning carpets or picking up stubborn messes like coffee grounds and sand.Long Battery Life: Most cordless vacuums die halfway through cleaning, but the Grand H8 lasts up to 70 minutes on a single charge. Even on the highest power setting, it gives me enough time to handle deep cleaning without rushing.Pet-Friendly Design: The V-shaped anti-tangle brush is a lifesaver. It actually prevents hair from wrapping around the roller, which used to be my biggest headache with other vacuums.Smart Display: The high-definition OLED touchscreen is super intuitive. It clearly shows the battery level and operating status, so I’m never surprised by a low battery.Self-Standing & Flexible: It’s so convenient that the vacuum can stand on its own if I need to pause and move furniture. The telescopic tube also makes it comfortable to use regardless of your height.Final Verdict:If you’re looking for a powerful, lightweight vacuum that handles pet hair and deep carpet cleaning with ease, the Besweep Grand H8 is worth every penny. It makes daily chores feel much less like a workout!

Customer Review: I purchased this for my elderly mom who has some shoulder problems and arthritis so she can’t work the Dyson upright we have. It’s lightweight, easy to clean and change from crevice tools and brush tool. It holds a good charge and has multiple power suction settings. There is a power trigger that momentarily provides a burst of suction. This vacuum is particularly great for solid surface floors. We have a teak floor and it will sweep up any small dust particles that have settled. Light debris is easily picked up by the brush head. With the crevice tool on lowest setting, heavier things like dropped green beans or corn I had to use the second power setting to pick it up.If you have a shag rug like that do, you have to use a higher setting. If you’ve a short rug or like commercial carpet tiles, it would be more effective at lower speeds.Emptying is pretty easy and can be emptied with pressing one button directly into a trash can. Changing tools is easy however sometimes when switching between crevice and brush tool some sucked up debris fell out. Hair and string has gotten wrapped around the inside top part and I’ll see if I can get it out. The dust bin you can remove but it’s not necessary to empty the dust. If you do take it off it can be a little tricky at first. Over all though it’s a very good value and is great for quick pick ups around the house and cleaning cobwebs from corners and vacuuming stairs. I am glad I decided to purchase this one over a Dyson cordless for a fraction of the price.Customer service so far has been great, very responsive and I was sent a letter to register for an extended warranty using a QR code. When I registered I was emailed the choice of either a complimentary battery or two replacement filters.I would give this product a 4.5 only because of the small little issues like debris falling out and having to change power to pick up some s objects.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: As a professional cleaner of 8.5 years I’ve used every sort of vacuum out there. I needed something for carpets and hard floors that was lightweight, cost effective (and worked great for my own personal use. My home has three levels and I wanted something small I could quickly grab and clean with. My favorite vac ever is a Miele canister but it’s not great for my thicker carpets (but she’s the best I’ve ever used). Sharks have great suction (and getting pricey) but don’t last a year- at least for me as much as I use them.I read most of the reviews for this on here before purchasing. Let me tell ya- I’m so glad I bought this little gem. She’s ALMOST the perfect mix between an upright and stick vac-PLEASE someone make that!!Pros:It’s tall!!! Taller than any vacuum I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t expecting that.Quality- NOT cheap plastic. It’s thick and durable same any Shark stick I’ve used and the likeSuction!! It’s amazing!! Someone complained that 4 amps isn’t enough…. That’s not how vacuums work- 4 amps is plenty- it’s how the motor uses it is what matters (higher the amp is a marketing ploy). This little guy has the power and punch almost if not the same as any full size upright that I’ve used.Beater brush is awesome- beautiful lines on my carpet (actual carpet not just rugs) and picked up an embarrassing amount of dirt /dust in a small area. Not sure on the hair cutting feature yet- I don’t have high hopes for that because I’ve never seen such a thing but we’ll see over time (I have long hair).Weight- she is a heavy little thing but no heavier than most stick vacs and has a good balance while using.Sharp looking vacuum, nice sized attachments, 24 foot cord (that’s awesome btw) lights on the head- thank you! Lots of cleaning options for the attachments low and high.Noise- not that noisy, someone complained about that- I think it’s quieter than most vacs- certainly not noticeably loud.Filter placement- thank you for putting it on the front!! Sharks are usually on the back and I hit it while cleaning and they fly off with dirt going everywhere ( eyeroll). Yes it’s a thin little filter- but all stick vacs are that I’ve used. What is it supposed to be?- I saw someone complain about that too.Rubber wheels!! Wasn’t expecting that at all given the price- I figured they’d be plastic. And she turns on a dime.CONS- no place for the attachments, not a deal breaker but kinda annoying.Doesn’t stand up on its own but I didn’t expect that with such a heavy too and knew before purchasing. I know there are some out there but I’ve never used one that stands on its own- only against a wall. Not a deal breaker. I store in a closet with the top detached (I’m not poking anymore holes in my walls lol)I don’t have anymore complaints. For the price, Im thrilled with what I see. Kenmore- you did good on this one. And I’ll note kenmore makes some decent full size uprights but this little guy is better than any of those I’ve used.

Customer Review: This vacuum is easy to maneuver and not too heavy, I would say medium weight but not light weight. It has great suction power and picks up everything from my carpet so far. It works well on carpets as well as hard wood floors. It does not run on batteries. It’s corded so you don’t have to worry about the battery running out which is what I wanted. The cord is very long so you can do at least 3 rooms before you have to plug it into another outlet. My favorite thing about this vacuum is that it has a feature that cuts up hair as it picks it up and doesn’t stay on the roller. It’s easy to empty out just push the 2 levers and snap lid back in place. Noise level is a normal vacuum noise not too loud. I like the fact that the head has a swivel and can get into corners easily without any hard pushing. Also, it’s a great price. I think you get good value for your money with this vacuum.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: For years I have owned a competing brand with great suction but they tend to fail and now they are no longer made. I was concerned I wouldn’t find anything that worked as well but finally, while shopping online found the this Kenmore unit. It is both a removable hand vacuum or a full size unit for harwood, tile and even small carpets or throw rugs. I was concerned that it would not be as powerful as my Eureka that it would replace. Now after a month of regular use, I must say that I am pretty pleased with the Kenmore. Since its brush is rotary powered it really sucks up everything including pet hair left by our cat and dog and it is pretty quiet. I have a lot of engineered wood as well as tile in two bathrooms and I can do the whole house in one charge. Since it has a washable filter that should be cleaned regularly it require a little more maintenance but that is not a deal breaker as it only needs to be washed occasionally. I also like the light near the floor which helps me not to miss any debris.

Customer Review: I LOVE this vacuum! Good suction, versatile swivel which allows you to get underneath furniture. Also like the fact that you can just pop out the handheld right there and use it where you need. I live in a small space and since I have to leave this thing where it might be saying it’s actually very nice looking, I got the teal and black. I removed a star for two reasons, the charge does not seem to hold for long enough- by the time I get to the third room I can hear it winding down a bit. The second reason I took a star off, when you use the handheld and you pop one of the attachments on it seems to really reduce the suction power, still works just not as good as you would want it to. Overall this is a great vacuum and I know some people were saying it didn’t work on their rugs but if your rug is thin enough this worked beautifully on mine and I have ruggables.

5. LEVOIT LVAC-200 Cordless Stick Vacuum

LEVOIT cordless stick vacuum: anti-tangle, LED headlights, removable b

LEVOIT has built a strong reputation for reliable, user-friendly appliances, and this vacuum is no exception. It focuses on a core set of features done well: an effective anti-tangle brushroll, strong suction in its Eco and Turbo modes, and a convenient removable battery for easy charging or replacement. The LED headlights are a thoughtful touch for dark corners, and the one-click empty dust bin is hygienic and simple. It’s a no-fuss, dependable cleaner that gets the basics right without overwhelming you with extra gadgets.

Key Features That Stand Out

  • LED Headlights: Bright lights on the cleaning head reveal hidden debris.
  • One-Click Dust Bin Emptying: Mess-free disposal with a single button press.
  • Versatile Attachments: Includes crevice and upholstery tools.

Why We Recommend It

We recommend the LEVOIT for its simplicity and reliability. It doesn’t try to be the most powerful or have the longest runtime, but it delivers consistent, effective cleaning where it counts. The removable battery is a huge plus for longevity, and the anti-tangle system works well. For someone who wants a straightforward, low-maintenance cordless vacuum from a brand with good customer support, this is a safe and smart bet.

First-time cordless vacuum buyers, pet owners with moderate shedding, and users who prioritize easy maintenance (removable battery, washable filter) and straightforward operation.

Pros and Cons

Pros:
  • Reliable anti-tangle performance for pet hair.
  • Removable battery extends the product’s usable lifespan.
  • Simple, intuitive one-click empty system.
  • Helpful LED headlights and good overall value.
Cons:

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Excellent stick vac. Powerfull, easy to use, great accessories and really does the job. I replaced a Shark, which I liked but the battery gave out. After using the Levoit I would not go back to the Shark. It is light weight, picks up dirt, has decent battery life and is good value for the money.

Customer Review: Best vacuum for dog hair. Upright yet you can lay it down flat to clean under furniture. Charges rapidly. Easy to put together. Light weight but very sturdy. Love the light so you can see where you have dog hair! Highly recommend. Better than the others recommended for pet hair. So happy to have found this.

  • Very easy to store, either self-standing or wall-mounted.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I can’t say enough good things about the RONEAIR cordless vacuum—its suction power is absolutely outstanding! It effortlessly sucks up dust bunnies, pet hair, and even stubborn crumbs from every nook and cranny, leaving my hardwood floors and carpets spotless, even in the tightest corners that other vacuums always missed. The extra-long pole is a total game-changer for my back: I never have to bend or stoop while cleaning, and the foldable design lets me maneuver it easily under sofas, beds, and low cabinets, reaching those hard-to-access areas that used to collect dust for months.Cleaning the vacuum itself is a breeze too—no complicated parts to take apart, just a quick rinse of the filter and it’s good to go. And the wall-mount storage is brilliant; it hangs neatly on the wall in my laundry closet, taking up zero floor space, which is perfect for my small apartment. Whether I’m cleaning up after my pets, tidying the car, or doing a deep clean of the house, this vacuum handles it all with ease. It’s lightweight, powerful, and incredibly user-friendly—easily the best cleaning tool I’ve ever owned. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient cordless vacuum!🆒👍

Customer Review: This vacuum is wonderful! It’s very lightweight and easy to assemble. All the pieces just snap together. You have to charge it before you use it, but the cool thing is that there’s a digital display that lets you know how quickly it’s charging, so we watched it go up from 80% to 100% before we used it. It’s very powerful, and pulled a lot of dirt out of a rug that I’d thought was pretty clean. It’s also very quiet, and easy to empty after each use. I didn’t expect much because it was fairly inexpensive, but this vacuum is performing much better than other vacuums I’ve had in the past that have cost much more!

7. Vacmaster Portable Cordless Stick Vacuum

Vacmaster portable cordless stick vacuum: 2-in-1, 2-speed control, LED

The Vacmaster is a no-nonsense, USA-made workhorse that focuses on durability and essential functionality. It offers reliable 2-speed suction control, a handy LED headlight, and a genuinely effective swivel steering system that glides around obstacles. Its 2-in-1 design converts to a handheld vac, and the folding handle is great for storage. Why We Recommend It

We recommend this for users who prioritize build quality and repairability over absolute specs. It’s a fantastic choice for RVs, boats, or as a dedicated “messy kitchen” vacuum where durability and easy maintenance are key.

RV and boat owners, users who want a durable, repairable tool, small-space dwellers needing a folding design, and those who prefer buying American-made products.

Pros and Cons

Pros:
  • Very sturdy, high-quality feel and construction.
  • Superb swivel steering and maneuverability.
  • Easy to service and maintain (brushroll, filters).
  • Folding handle and compact design save space.
Cons:
  • Relatively short 24-minute runtime.
  • Dust cup capacity is on the smaller side.
  • Suction is good but not the most powerful in this group.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Very happy with this vacuum, made in the USA!After getting screwed on a Chinese “stick” style vacuum – aka it was lost in the mail, I decided to just stock with a USA made product (there’s other incentives behind this also for me personally.)That said, I wanted something lightweight and appropriate for a 30′ RV. This little vac did the trick! It really does swivel excellently, and though you can see in some area of the vac where they cut corners – it is still a pretty solidly made vaccum. The folding handle feature is nice for those with limited space. The two settings of suction is nice to have but I mostly use the high setting for both carpet and vinyl flooring. What I love most about the vacuum is that it is extremly light weight, and there’s a light on the device. This is something often overlooked. The brush area is also user servicable and it’s easy to get at the brushes and clean dog hair and debris out.Taking the handheld portion out for spot cleans is simple and effective. The handheld portion is what also accepts the charging cord. The filters seem to be readily available on Amazon so that’s another plus over the Chinese units.I can tell this vacuum will last a long time and the value for the money really can’t be beaten.

Customer Review: Nice vacuum. It is light weight. It works well. Love that that the part comes off and becomes a hand held. I love that the charger cord plugs in high up on the vacuum. It is so far a great vacuum, price was excellent.

8. Bissell CleanView XR Cordless Vacuum

Bissell CleanView XR cordless vacuum: 35-min runtime, tangle-free brus

Bissell is a name synonymous with pet cleaning, and the CleanView XR lives up to that legacy. Its standout feature is a powerful motor that Bissell claims is 40% more powerful than the leading competitive stick vacuum, and it truly feels potent. The tangle-free brushroll is effective at reducing hair wrap, and the removable battery is a standard and welcome feature. It comes with a wall mount for convenient charging and storage. It’s a focused, powerful tool from a brand that understands pet messes.

Key Features That Stand Out

  • 40% More Powerful Motor: Strong suction advertised vs. key competitors.
  • Tangle-Free Brush Roll: Designed to minimize hair wrap.
  • Removable Battery: For easy charging and potential replacement.
  • Wall Mount Included: Stores and charges the vac neatly off the floor.
  • Lightweight & Maneuverable: Easy to carry and use anywhere.

Why We Recommend It

We recommend the Bissell for pet owners who want a no-compromise, high-suction cleaner from a trusted pet-focused brand. The claimed power increase is noticeable, especially on carpets and when picking up larger debris. The wall mount is a genuinely useful accessory that keeps the vacuum charged and out of the way. If your primary need is a vacuum that attacks pet hair and dander with authority, this is a top contender.

Best For

Households with multiple pets, owners of carpets and rugs where pet hair embeds, and Bissell brand loyalists looking for a cordless upgrade.

Pros and Cons

Pros:
  • Very strong, noticeable suction power.
  • Effective tangle-free brushroll for pet hair.
  • Convenient wall-mount charging/storage station.
  • Lightweight and easy to carry around.
Cons:
  • Relatively short 35-minute maximum runtime.
  • The handheld mode feels a bit unbalanced.
  • Some users report it’s not as quiet as other models.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Deserves 10 stars! Just received this product. Very easy to put together. I am 5’4 about 135 lb female and this, to me, “felt” like it weighed maybe 2 lbs to me. Truly featherweight! I used all 3 functions. Picked up perfectly from wood floors, vinyl floors, laminate, rugs and carpet. It works so well, I didn’t even need to use the narrow grey “tip” attachment along baseboards because the suction was so efficient. The hand help option is just as effective. I can not believe this item does not cost $200. I never leave reviews, and we buy A LOT of products as we have multiple properties that we are remodeling and getting ready to rent out. THIS product, I opened and tried as soon as it arrived. The next thing I did was run to my phone to leave a review. So, if that helps on trying to decide wether to purchase this product or not……..do yourself, your back, your knees, your neck a favor and JUST BUY IT! I have chronic inflammation from auto immune diseases, one of those being Rheumatiod Arthritis, so I have a lot of pain in most joints every day. I could use this vacuum all day long and it’s effectiveness and design is a God sent. Needless to say…..I love it!

Customer Review: I LOVE this vacuum. It works very well for my needs. It’s corded so I don’t have to worry about battery life. It’s lightweight. Picks up dirt well. I use it on rugs, hardwood, and tile flooring. Easy to use attachments. I mainly use it for quick spot cleaning and it works well for that need. It’s also easy to store. It is basically a dust buster on a stick, but that’s exactly what I wanted.

9. Kenmore DS4030 Cordless Stick Vacuum

Kenmore DS4030 cordless stick vacuum: EasyReach wand, 2-speed, LED hea

The Kenmore DS4030 is designed for small-space living, with an ultra-lightweight frame (under 6 lbs) and a unique “EasyReach” wand that flexes with the push of a button to get under furniture. It has a large dust cup for its size and 2-speed settings. However, this model comes with a significant caveat: there are consistent reports of reliability issues and terrible customer service/warranty support from Kenmore/Sears. The performance when it works is good for small apartments, but the risk of it breaking and being impossible to get repaired is a major concern.

Key Features That Stand Out

  • Ultra-Lightweight (<6 lbs): Extremely easy to carry and use.
  • EasyReach Flex Wand: Button-activated bend to clean under furniture.
  • Extra-Large Dust Cup: 50% more capacity for its class.
  • 2-Speed Settings & LED Headlight.
  • Compact Size: Perfect for tiny apartments and dorms.

Why We Recommend It (With Caution)

We include this model with a strong warning. Its design is clever and its cleaning performance for a tiny space is adequate. The EasyReach wand is a genuinely useful feature for low furniture. However, the overwhelming volume of reviews citing complete suction failure within a month and the complete lack of usable warranty support from the manufacturer make it a high-risk purchase. It might work perfectly for a while, but if it breaks, you are almost certainly out of luck. We cannot recommend it for anyone who needs a reliable, long-term tool.

Best For

Only for users in very small spaces (studio apartments, dorms) who understand and accept the high risk of potential failure and have no warranty recourse. We strongly advise considering one of the other, more reliable options on this list.

Pros and Cons

Pros:
  • Very light and easy to maneuver in tight spaces.
  • EasyReach flex wand is convenient for under-furniture cleaning.
  • Large dust cup for its compact size.
  • Good value if it works as intended.
Cons:
  • Extremely high reported failure rate (suction loss).
  • Manufacturer warranty is reportedly useless and unsupported.
  • Battery life and suction are only just adequate.
  • Build quality feels cheaper than competitors.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Kenmore DS4065 perfect for small Apartment/Dorm rooms.I recently moved to a small apartment: Small bathroom, large closet, medium living room with a large standard area rug that is not “fluffy” if you will, just flat. I needed something easy to use. I have a small black cat who mildly sheds. The new place is dusty. I am on the bottom floor of a big, old house. Dust comes up from the vents. I did a lot of research on smaller cordless vacuum cleaners. I am very happy I purchased this. It is perfect and I hope for you as well if you have a small apartment/dorm room. I’m 5 foot 5.Unboxing was easy. The assembly was easy. The instructions were easy to read. I charged the unit. Later that night I used it for the first time. This product is very lightweight, maneuverable; the swivel is very good on this one, small enough to fit in some smaller spaces. The front cleaning head is about 10-12 inches wide, 2 inches thick (think Swiffer length left to right, if not a bit shorter). I used the product first on low power mode and that worked great for the first time. Very impressed. The second time I used it on higher power. Wow! Even better! I have the pics to show you what the results are for about a 10 minute cleaning. The unity is pretty quiet. The bin that collects is in a great spot. The unit does this hurricane action in the receptacle which, when turned off shows the dirt, fur, etc in a ball. (See pics) I really recommend this product for small places. I can’t write about large rugs or large places in general, just my small thin area rug that my cat lays on all the time and my small place. I mentioned my height. This unit is perfect for me. Holding it when cleaning, the handle is between my stomach and chest.Pros: Pretty much everything. Small, light, eac.sy to dump contents, easy to clean. Stackable. Quiet.Cons: I don’t have any so far. I will update at a later date if something goes wrong, etc

Customer Review: I bought this vacuum cleaner and the warranty through the company Amazon uses when you check out (prompts to purchase the coverage when you check out). The vacuum seemed to work at first. The battery life is definitely on the shorter side. It would run out pretty quickly on the high powered mode. One month into owning it, the suction stopped completely. It comes apart in a couple areas so I was able to look straight through the stick part, the canister, the filter, etc. There wasn’t anything clogged anywhere. It just stopped picking up everything. Here’s where it got ridiculous. I called the warranty company. They say they don’t anything in the first year because there’s a manufacturer warranty. So beware this plan doesn’t help you AT ALL for at least one year. So they gave me Sears number. They said they manufactured it. So I call them and get a complete run around. They eventually say there’s no techs in my area and to take it anywhere to be fixed. I asked if it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty and they hung up. I called back and was told the same thing and that there wasn’t anything they would do to help. I asked for a supervisor to see if they could help further and the rep laughed and said they were in a meeting for 2 hours so I would be on hold a long time. I couldn’t believe the lack of help.I searched on Sears website and found another 800 number to call for warranty issues. Called them and got an website to submit information for a claim. On that website there was another number to call if there’s no techs in your area. I called them. They went through a long process and the representative told me there was a clog and I needed to find it. I told her I already looked clear though all parts and nothing was there. She hung up on me. I called back. Got another rep who emailed me a warranty claim form. This company was not Kenmore, Sears, or anything related to the warranty company I purchased. It was some unknown company and I was unsure if they were even the correct people I needed help from. They told me to cut the cord and send a picture of it. I didn’t want to take a chance with a company that didn’t manufactor or sell Kenmore products and get the warranty voided.I called Amazon and explained everything and they accepted the return and gave me a refund. Beware of the headache you will have trying to get this thing repaired. No one wanted to help. Amazon is amazing but Kenmore doesn’t stand behind their product and the warranty you buy from the 3rd party on Amazon is worthless. Call Sears or Kenmore and try to see about getting your vacuum fixed under the warranty. The model number is in the Amazon title for the listing. You will see how impossible it is. Call the warranty company that Amazon uses as the 3rd party. Tell them you just bought it a month ago and they will tell you no coverage on it until the first year. You will see you will be suck with a broken item with no help, even with warranties covering it from 2 separate companies. It’s a joke.

10. LEVOIT LVAC-200 Cordless Stick Vacuum

LEVOIT cordless stick vacuum with tangle-resistant design, 50-min runt

This is a slightly different variant of the LEVOIT model at #5, often listed with a 50-minute runtime claim and a focus on its tangle-resistant design for both human and pet hair. It shares the same core DNA: strong suction in a lightweight body, an easy-empty dustbin, and versatile attachments. The extended runtime (in Eco mode) and consistent anti-tangle performance make it a great all-around pick for users who want a bit more cleaning time without a significant price jump.

Key Features That Stand Out

  • Tangle-Resistant Design: Handles hair without constant wrapping.
  • Up to 50-Minute Runtime: Longer than many in its class on lower settings.
  • Powerful Suction: Handles everyday messes on all floor types.
  • Easy-Empty Dust Bin: One-touch, mess-free emptying.
  • Versatile Attachments: Crevice tool, dusting brush, and pet tool.

Why We Recommend It

We recommend this as a fantastic, no-frills alternative that offers a bit more battery life than the standard LEVOIT model. It’s a workhorse that does exactly what you need a cordless vac to do: pick up dirt and hair quickly and easily. The tangle-resistant brushroll is its hero feature, making post-cleaning cleanup minimal. For a reliable, mid-range performer from a reputable brand, it’s an excellent choice.

Best For

Pet owners with moderate shedding, users wanting a balance of runtime and power, and anyone looking for a straightforward, reliable cordless stick from a known brand without paying a premium.

Pros and Cons

Pros:
  • Excellent anti-tangle performance for pet and human hair.
  • Good 50-minute runtime on lower settings.
  • Lightweight and very easy to maneuver.
  • Simple, effective one-click dustbin emptying.
Cons:
  • Turbo mode drains the battery very quickly.
  • Can struggle a bit with deep debris in thick carpeting.
  • Build is mostly plastic and feels less premium than some.

Complete Buying Guide for Best Cordless Stick Vacuum Under 200

Essential Factors We Consider

When evaluating vacuums in this budget, we focused on a few critical factors that separate good from great. Suction power is paramount—look for models with at least 20KPa, but ideally 40KPa+ for mixed flooring. Runtime is the next big one; 30 minutes is the practical minimum for a small apartment, while 45-70 minutes is needed for larger homes. The battery type matters—removable lithium-ion batteries are a huge plus for longevity and convenience. For pet owners, an anti-tangle brushroll is non-negotiable to save time and frustration. Finally, consider weight, ergonomics, and dust cup size. A vacuum that’s too heavy or has a tiny bin will discourage regular use.

Budget Planning

The $200 price point is the sweet spot for getting 80% of the performance of a $500+ Dyson or Shark. You will make some compromises—often in battery life at the highest setting, ultra-premium materials, or advanced filtration. However, the vacuums on this list prove you can get exceptional cleaning power, smart features like LED lights and digital displays, and reliable construction. Set a budget of $150-$200 to access the best features. If your budget is tighter ($100-$150), expect shorter runtimes and less powerful suction, but still capable clean-ups for small spaces.

Final Thoughts

Choosing the best cordless stick vacuum under $200 comes down to your specific needs. If you have a large home with lots of carpet, the Besweep Grand H8 (#2) with its 70-minute runtime and 55KPa suction is the powerhouse pick. For those who hate battery anxiety, the corded Kenmore CS2015 (#3) offers unlimited power and a hair-eliminating brush at a steal of a price. Pet owners should gravitate toward the LEVOIT (#5 or #10) or Bissell (#8) for their proven anti-tangle systems. And for anyone with back problems, the RONEAIR (#6) with its bendable wand is a revolutionary choice. You don’t need to spend a fortune to get a fantastic, liberating cordless clean—any of these top 10 will transform your chore routine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can a cordless vacuum under $200 have strong suction?

A: Absolutely. Advances in motor and battery technology mean budget models like the Besweep Grand H8 (#2) now offer suction power (55KPa) that rivals older, more expensive flagship models. While they may not match the absolute peak suction of a latest-gen Dyson, they are overwhelmingly powerful enough for 95% of household messes on hard floors and carpets.

Q: How long should I expect the battery to last on a single charge?

A: It varies significantly by model and setting. On the Eco/Low setting, expect 40-70 minutes from the best models. On the Max/Turbo setting, runtime typically drops to 12-25 minutes. For a small apartment or quick clean-ups, 30 minutes is often sufficient. For whole-home cleaning of a larger house, aim for 45+ minutes on a lower setting.

Q: Are cordless stick vacuums good for pet hair?

A: Yes, but you must choose one with an effective anti-tangle or tangle-free brushroll. Models like the Chebio A16 (#1), Besweep (#2), and LEVOIT (#5, #10) specifically engineer their rollers to prevent hair from wrapping, which is the #1 complaint with pet owners. A standard brushroll will require constant manual hair removal.

Q: Should I buy a corded or cordless stick vacuum under $200?

A: This depends on your priority. Corded (like the Kenmore CS2015 #3) offers unlimited runtime and often stronger, more consistent suction. It’s ideal for large homes, deep cleaning, or if you hate recharging. Cordless offers ultimate convenience and freedom of movement—no cord to unplug, no outlet hunting. It’s best for quick clean-ups, small spaces, and multi-floor cleaning where carrying a cord is a pain.

Q: How do I maintain a budget cordless vacuum to make it last?

A: Key maintenance steps are simple and crucial: 1) Empty the dust cup after every use. 2) Wash the filters regularly (every 1-3 months) with cold water and let them dry completely for 24 hours. 3) Check and clean the brushroll monthly, snipping away any wrapped hair or debris. 4) For long-term storage, leave the battery at about 50% charge in a cool, dry place. Following these steps will significantly extend the life of your vacuum’s battery and motor.

Ready to ditch the heavy, corded hassles? The right cordless stick vacuum can make cleaning feel effortless, not a chore. Based on our testing and analysis, the Chebio A16 (#1) is our top all-around pick for its fantastic balance of power, anti-tangle tech, and value. For those needing maximum runtime and power, the Besweep Grand H8 (#2) is unbeatable. And if you want unlimited power without the battery, the Kenmore CS2015 (#3) is the corded champion.
