Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I was very surprised by this vac. It is lightweight, but has a very strong suction power, even on low speed. it handles the floors beautifully and on the higher speed, it makes quick work of the area rug clean up. I originally got one for my sewing studio downstairs — the threads DO NOT get tangles on the beater brush – amazing. The cordless design makes it really quick and easy to use it almost every day, and the battery life is long. I ended up getting another one for upstairs to make life easy. I still have my corded vac and it is still needed for the bedroom carpets, but this stick vac works very well on the area rugs.

Customer Review: Pretty good vacuum. Great suction on both levels. Really picks up stuff well, especially if you use the “slow vacuuming” method all over social media. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. Great for a small child to use as well with the lengthening capabilities. Super light weight, battery charges pretty fast. The green light really helps to illuminate dust, dirt, trash, etc. I’d buy it again if needed.

Customer Review: Excellent stick vac. Powerfull, easy to use, great accessories and really does the job. I replaced a Shark, which I liked but the battery gave out. After using the Levoit I would not go back to the Shark. It is light weight, picks up dirt, has decent battery life and is good value for the money.

Customer Review: Best vacuum for dog hair. Upright yet you can lay it down flat to clean under furniture. Charges rapidly. Easy to put together. Light weight but very sturdy. Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I recently purchased the Besweep Grand H8, and it has completely exceeded my expectations for a cordless vacuum. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end performance and user-friendly features. What I love about it: Insane Suction Power: The 650W brushless motor provides incredible suction (up to 55KPa). I especially love the “Hurricane Mode” (60KPa) for deep-cleaning carpets or picking up stubborn messes like coffee grounds and sand. Long Battery Life: Most cordless vacuums die halfway through cleaning, but the Grand H8 lasts up to 70 minutes on a single charge. Even on the highest power setting, it gives me enough time to handle deep cleaning without rushing. Pet-Friendly Design: The V-shaped anti-tangle brush is a lifesaver. It actually prevents hair from wrapping around the roller, which used to be my biggest headache with other vacuums. Smart Display: The high-definition OLED touchscreen is super intuitive. It clearly shows the battery level and operating status, so I’m never surprised by a low battery. Self-Standing & Flexible: It’s so convenient that the vacuum can stand on its own if I need to pause and move furniture. The telescopic tube also makes it comfortable to use regardless of your height. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a powerful, lightweight vacuum that handles pet hair and deep carpet cleaning with ease, the Besweep Grand H8 is worth every penny. It makes daily chores feel much less like a workout!

Customer Review: I purchased this for my elderly mom who has some shoulder problems and arthritis so she can’t work the Dyson upright we have. It’s lightweight, easy to clean and change from crevice tools and brush tool. It holds a good charge and has multiple power suction settings. There is a power trigger that momentarily provides a burst of suction. This vacuum is particularly great for solid surface floors. We have a teak floor and it will sweep up any small dust particles that have settled. Light debris is easily picked up by the brush head. With the crevice tool on lowest setting, heavier things like dropped green beans or corn I had to use the second power setting to pick it up. If you have a shag rug like that do, you have to use a higher setting. If you’ve a short rug or like commercial carpet tiles, it would be more effective at lower speeds. Emptying is pretty easy and can be emptied with pressing one button directly into a trash can. Changing tools is easy however sometimes when switching between crevice and brush tool some sucked up debris fell out. Hair and string has gotten wrapped around the inside top part and I’ll see if I can get it out. The dust bin you can remove but it’s not necessary to empty the dust. If you do take it off it can be a little tricky at first. Over all though it’s a very good value and is great for quick pick ups around the house and cleaning cobwebs from corners and vacuuming stairs. I am glad I decided to purchase this one over a Dyson cordless for a fraction of the price. Customer service so far has been great, very responsive and I was sent a letter to register for an extended warranty using a QR code. When I registered I was emailed the choice of either a complimentary battery or two replacement filters. I would give this product a 4.5 only because of the small little issues like debris falling out and having to change power to pick up some s objects.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Deserves 10 stars! Just received this product. Very easy to put together. I am 5’4 about 135 lb female and this, to me, “felt” like it weighed maybe 2 lbs to me. Truly featherweight! I used all 3 functions. Picked up perfectly from wood floors, vinyl floors, laminate, rugs and carpet. It works so well, I didn’t even need to use the narrow grey “tip” attachment along baseboards because the suction was so efficient. The hand help option is just as effective. I can not believe this item does not cost $200. I never leave reviews, and we buy A LOT of products as we have multiple properties that we are remodeling and getting ready to rent out. THIS product, I opened and tried as soon as it arrived. The next thing I did was run to my phone to leave a review. So, if that helps on trying to decide wether to purchase this product or not……..do yourself, your back, your knees, your neck a favor and JUST BUY IT! I have chronic inflammation from auto immune diseases, one of those being Rheumatiod Arthritis, so I have a lot of pain in most joints every day. I could use this vacuum all day long and it’s effectiveness and design is a God sent. Needless to say…..I love it!

Customer Review: I LOVE this vacuum. It works very well for my needs. It’s corded so I don’t have to worry about battery life. It’s lightweight. Picks up dirt well. I use it on rugs, hardwood, and tile flooring. Easy to use attachments. I mainly use it for quick spot cleaning and it works well for that need. It’s also easy to store. It is basically a dust buster on a stick, but that’s exactly what I wanted.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I’ve been using my Shark Cordless vacuum for a few months now. I still love it. I was waiting to make sure it kept working before reviewing. So far, so good. I haven’t had the best luck with the less expensive cordless vacuums. One was so hard to clean I just sent it back. Another had a problem with the rollers not spinning. I managed to keep it going for 2 years but always presented problems. This one is easy. The rollers stop the nanosecond a problem is detected and nothing has gotten wrapped up in them. This one is not so expensive that I couldn’t afford it and is what I was looking for. It seems durable and hopefully it will last more than a few years. It’s easy to use, lightweight and empties very easily. Just hold it over the garbage can and push the button. Nice. It’s also easy to charge. I just plug it in next to a wall and let it charge. My only complaint is actually that the charge barely lasts long enough. I have 1204 sq. ft. on 3 levels. I use a larger, corded vacuum for the top level that has 2 carpeted bedrooms. So, I’m only vacuuming the hard floors on the 2nd level (with some throw rugs) and the carpeted living room on the ground floor. Also 18 total carpeted steps. So, I wish the charge would last another 10-15 minutes for a more complete job. That said, it works so well, that I’m still very happy. The best part is that it’s small enough and light enough to make cleaning the stairs a lot less of a chore than with a full-sized regular vacuum. The rollers pull strongly and the suction is quite adequate. Not overwhelmingly so but does the job. I have 2 cats and need to be able to have a handy device especially for the steps where they love to play.

Customer Review: As a disclaimer, our home is 1700ft2, and about 2/3 of it is carpeted. The vacuum works phenomenal on the regular carpeting and hardwood in the house, but struggles a little bit with the wool area rug. The variety of ways this vacuum can be assembled makes it extremely versatile. For example, using the regular brush roll head while removing the extension works wonders on the carpeted stairs. The short “handheld” version with the scraper does great on the couch. And the extension, with the small ended nozzle, works great for after the initial vacuuming, getting all the dirt along the edges of the rooms and furniture. It lays down almost flat, so getting under things like the dog food bowls, the couch, the dining room table etc are a breeze. So the reason I made the title the way it is, is related to battery life. To realistically clean our first floor (mostly hardwood/tile + wool rug) and the second floor (totally carpeted) will eat up the entire battery. The battery is NOT fast to charge. The runtime is based I believe on the vacuum running in “handheld mode” (aka without the brush head). So, if you’re home is over 1500ft2 and mostly carpeted, you’re going to have to throw it on the charger for a while most likely. I think it would greatly benefit Shark to come up with swappable batteries, think Milwaukee or DeWalt style. If you’re handy you can do this yourself, but it would greatly benefit the company to have a proprietary design for this. Another con, though I hesitate to call it a con based on the portability of this vacuum, is the power. As mentioned, it does great on our regular carpeting, but just isn’t as good as the corded Shark we’ve had for almost 10 years. This is to be expected as the motor in the corded vac draws significantly more power than the cordless battery version, but still worth mentioning. The vacuum is very light and easy to use. The blue light on the front of the roller head is AWESOME, and will show every spec of dirt on any uncarpeted surface. Overall, for the sale price we got it at (I want to say between $175-225, can’t remember exactly) it has been excellent. Just keep in mind how much you’re going to want to run it at once, as if you’re living space is too big, you will have to take long breaks to recharge the vacuum.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I recently got this vacuum, and it’s amazing! It cleans my floors and carpets effortlessly, and the cordless, rechargeable design makes it so easy to use anywhere. What I love most is how handy it is for cleaning my car—it easily picks up crumbs, dust, and debris that always seem to accumulate. The suction is strong, and the lightweight design makes it very easy to maneuver. Overall, a high-quality, versatile vacuum that works great at home and in the car. Highly recommend!

Customer Review: I’ve been using the Eureka Cordless Vacuum with Smart Sense (NEC451BL) for about a week now and it has been working really well. It’s lightweight and easy to move around the house, which makes daily cleaning much easier. The auto suction feature is very convenient because it adjusts automatically between hardwood floors and carpet. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without any problem. I also like the anti-tangle brush, which helps prevent hair from getting stuck in the roller. Battery life has been good so far, and the HEPA filter is a nice bonus for keeping dust contained. After a week of use, I’m very happy with this vacuum and would recommend it for everyday cleaning.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: My second purchase of this very same vacuum. Really liked the product so I purchased another unit for my parents who love it and say how lightweight and easy to use around their apartment. It’s lightweight, sleek, and super easy to maneuver around furniture and tight spaces. It picks up everything from fine dust to pet hair with ease, even on carpets. Battery life has been more than enough for my needs—I can clean my entire house on a single charge. The attachments are also a big plus. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to empty and maintain. The dustbin empties cleanly, and the filters are simple to remove and wash. Especially nice that the head swivels. Overall great purchase.

Customer Review: I’ve only had my Chebio A16 Cordless Vacuum for 3 days, but I’m already in love with it! ❤️ I love that I can operate it with one hand (even with my carpal & cubital tunnel syndrome issues) because it’s light and turns direction easily. It’s easy to clean, easy to store, and easy to charge. Chebio replacement parts for the A16 model (batteries & hepa filters) are sold here on Amazon too. It doesn’t cover as wide of a foot-path across the floor as my previous cordless vacuum, which makes for a few more passes, but I don’t mind because it can fit in between more places and I like this one a whole lot better than my last one anyway. My favorite thing about it is that it can do my entire apartment, from hard laminate floors to my shaggy shag carpet, and everything in between. My next favorite thing about it is the upgraded Anti-tangle V-Roller Brush design. This allows hair to get sucked up without getting tangled on the roller. I vacuum up so much hair every time I vacuum that I’ve always had to manually pull it off the roller after every use! I’ve used my new vacuum 3 days in a row now and haven’t had to pull any hairs off the roller at all, yet the catch basin is full of hair! Love that! It’s vacuumed up everything I’ve tried, from kitty litter, hair, dust, and heavy winter salt & sand from my doormat! Cant wait to go vacuum my car! To sum it all up, I love this vacuum!! I highly recommend it and I’m so glad I got it !! 😀 ❤️P.S. As if all that wasn’t enough, customer service is super friendly and responsive. I emailed them on day one to see how I could optimize the life of the battery best, and they replied within just a couple hours.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: This cordless stick vacuum is really nice. I thought it would be heavier than it is, but it’s fairly light weight. I like how easy it was to put together. Once both of the batteries were charged, this excellent stick vacuum was so efficient it only needed one battery, and it still had some charge left. The suction is great and appears really well made. Best of all my wife’s long hair does not wrap around the brush because it has anti-tangle design. Also, the motor is brushless which makes it more powerful, durable and efficient. I buy brushless motor cordless tools/vac for their durability and extra power. Really easy to move around the house and in tight spots, and under the beds and couch. Nice product.

Customer Review: This vacuum is one of my best Amazon purchases ever!!! I have a house with mixed hardwood flooring and carpets and I bought this for my hardwood floors. I have two big dogs a German Shepherd mix and a lab mix. The hair situation is ridiculous and we have to sweep or vacuum every single day. This vacuum makes it so easy because it’s light it’s easy to store and it works so well on my hardwood floors and picks up all of the dog hair floating around. My floors have never looked better. The battery stays charged and the other battery is always charging so we are never out of power. I highly recommend if you have pets and hardwood floors that this is the vacuum for you.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: Very impressed and pleased with this vacuum. I love that it is cordless and lightweight yet powerful. It’s simple and intuitive to operate, empty & charge. Easy to maneuver around and under furniture. Perfect for my needs – I agreed to dog-sit for a family member’s super-furry bernedoodle for three months without realizing I am quite sensitive to dander. This vacuum has plenty of suction to remove dog hair and dander from my small home’s bare floors. I just do a quick pass over my floors every morning, and I am simply amazed at the amount of debris in the canister. If the dog has tracked in mud I follow up with my steam cleaner on the tile kitchen and dining room floors. My eyes are no longer red and itchy and I am breathing better thank goodness. This is a well-made vacuum and I highly recommend it!

Complete Buying Guide for Best Cordless Stick Vacuum For Pets

Essential Factors We Consider

Choosing the right cordless vacuum for pets isn’t just about suction power. We prioritize a combination of features that directly address pet messes. Suction Power (measured in Pa or Air Watts) is crucial for pulling hair from carpets. However, brushroll design is arguably more important; look for anti-tangle or tangle-resistant models with rubber or specialized fin designs that prevent hair from wrapping and clogging. Battery Runtime must match your home’s size—aim for at least 40 minutes for small homes and 60+ for larger ones. Filtration is key for allergies; sealed HEPA filters trap 99.97% of particles. Finally, ease of maintenance—like a one-touch empty dustbin and washable filters—makes regular use less of a chore.

Budget Planning

The market offers a wide range. Budget models ($100-$200) like the LEVOIT LVAC-200 provide basic but effective cleaning and good tangle resistance. Mid-range ($200-$400) models, such as the Eureka ReactiSense 440, add smart features, better filtration, and stronger suction. Premium ($400+) vacuums, like the 55Kpa/650W model, offer maximum power, longest runtimes, and advanced interfaces. For most pet owners, a solid mid-range model offers the best balance of performance and value.

Final Thoughts

A great cordless stick vacuum for pets is a game-changer. It turns a dreaded chore into a quick, daily habit that keeps your home visibly and allergenically clean. Don’t get swayed by brand names alone; focus on the specs that matter for pet hair: anti-tangle brushroll, sufficient runtime, and strong suction. Our top pick, the Eureka ReactiSense 440, excels in all these areas with the bonus of smart technology. However, the “best” vacuum is the one that fits your specific home size, floor types, and budget while making pet hair cleanup effortless.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long should a cordless vacuum battery last per charge?

A: For pet owners, aim for at least 40 minutes of runtime on a moderate setting for small homes/apartments. For larger homes (1500+ sq ft) with mixed flooring, 60 minutes or more is recommended to clean the entire space without recharging. Some high-capacity models offer 70-110 minutes.

Q: What is the most important feature for pet hair?

A: The brushroll design is critical. Look for vacuums specifically labeled as “anti-tangle,” “tangle-resistant,” or with rubber bristles/comb strips. These designs prevent long pet hair from wrapping around the roller, which is the #1 cause of lost suction and clogs.

Q: Do I need a HEPA filter for pet allergies?

A: Absolutely. Pet dander and hair are common allergens. A sealed HEPA filtration system (ideally H13 or H14 grade) ensures that the vacuum exhaust does not blow allergens back into the air. This is non-negotiable if you or your family suffer from allergies or asthma.

Q: Can a cordless vacuum replace my corded one for whole-home cleaning?

A: For many, yes—especially if you have a powerful model with 60+ minute runtime and strong suction. However, if you have a very large home with only deep-pile carpets, a corded vacuum may still be more powerful and have unlimited runtime. A cordless is perfect for daily maintenance and quick cleanups.

Q: How do I maintain my cordless vacuum for pet hair?

A: Regularly (after every few uses) check and clean the brushroll for any wrapped hair, even on anti-tangle models. Empty the dustbin when it reaches the max line. Wash the filters as per the manufacturer’s instructions (usually every 1-3 months). Keep the battery charged but avoid leaving it on the charger constantly once full.

Finding the best cordless stick vacuum for pets can transform your cleaning routine from a battle to a breeze. Based on our testing, the Eureka ReactiSense 440 stands out as the top overall pick for its intelligent cleaning, superb anti-tangle performance, and excellent filtration. For those on a budget, the LEVOIT LVAC-200 delivers incredible value. And for the large home with heavy shedding, the 55Kpa/650W/70Mins model offers unmatched power and runtime.
