Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. One of my favorite household purchases to date! We are a busy family with 4 kids and multiple dogs (who like to get muddy), and this thing keeps up! It is very durable! We have primarily LVP flooring throughout our home. I can use this without vacuuming before, and the pads still manage to collect all the dust and hair and dirt. It has great battery life and is lightweight and so easy to use. Does not take long to charge at all! I have used different mopping floor cleaners if I run out, but the Shark is best and leaves my house smelling great. I love the way it lets me navigate all around my furniture, I love that it lets me clean underneath my tables, and I love how POWERFUL the suction is! I thought my fully-carpeted small house was clean when the Navigator arrived, but after one use, the LARGE clear canister on this machine was FULL. Customer Review: This is a long one, but it’s worth the read if you’re doing some serious shopping for a vacuum cleaner:I picked this up in October so I’ve been using it for a few months just to get a genuine sense of how this vacuum really performed and I am absolutely impressed! This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. ( If you’re wondering why I own so many vacuums, I clean for a living.) I bought this for the house. I have two cats and a husband who’s into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn’t sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that’s something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I’ve used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments… Not this one! I’m able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it’s lightweight. I’m not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It’s really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. The suction is strong and does a great job picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors.One feature I really like is the Lift-Away option, which makes it much easier to clean stairs and tighter spaces without dragging the whole vacuum around. A pregnancy injury left me in pain most of the time and floors are really hard for me. I started with a robot vacuume that I love love love. Next I wanted an electric mop. After reading all the reviews, the corded plug in Shark Hydrovac is what I bought. I am reading poor reviews here under this product, but they continually mention the weak battery. My review is for the corded plug in vacuume not a cordless model. My floors have never been cleaner. I used the vacuume over the course of two days and about 10 hours for an initial clean. The bamboo floor is only six years old and sealed. That floor was so easy to clean, although I still cleaned it three times over since it hasn’t been cleaned in over six months. The kitchen tile was super easy too, although it doesn’t reach the grout, my daughter is young and took on the challenge to clean the grout with a nifty grout brush I found. The hard part to clean is the 30 year old wood floors with areas where the seal is worn off. We bought the house from someone who’s dogs had scratched the floors and wore off the finish in high traffic areas. This was the hard part to clean the first time. I did the same as with the bamboo and cleaned it the times over. After it was done, I realized there were areas of built up dirt on the unsealed areas I had not been getting clean. I decided to go back and clean this area by hand with a scrub brush to get it where I wanted. After that the floors have been a snap to keep clean. I’ve put in about 20 hours with the vacuume so far and have had zero problems. Some reviews say you can’t vacuume and mop together. I didn’t even try that. I vacuume with the robot first, then mop. I don’t want to risk scratching the floor with a gritty mop. It is super easy to clean. The clean tank chines right out with the push of a button. The dirty tank is the same way. I dump it in the sink, rinse it and either use it again or put it on a towel to drain and dry. There is a sponge on the filter that I rinse and squeeze and put on the towel to dry. The beater bar comes out easily. I rinse under the faucet in the kitchen sink and squeeze by grabbing the bar and turning it around with the other hand. Again, I either put it back on the mop to keep cleaning or leave it on its end to dry on the towel. The vacuume without the beater bar and without the dirty tank, has a very short tube between the two that cleans easily with a bottle brush that is not included, but I already own it. All these parts are removable and replaceable with one hand. I find it easy to use, easy to empty the dirty tank and easy to refill the clean tank. The mop has a self clean feature that works pretty well, but I found that it is easy enough to clean it the way I described above and decided that is rather care for it myself and allow the parts to all dry completely. I’ve had zero issues with mold or a moldy smell. My floors are cleaner than they have been in years and are easy to maintain after the initial clean I have them. Note, I have a corgi dog that sheds all year. The robot vacuume and the Shark mop have changed my life. I don’t leave the house covered in fur anymore. Once a week I vacuume and mop, or one other day in between if we are all off work for holidays and tracking more dust and dirt. It left quite a bit of water on the floor too. Cleaning it was gross but I was sure to do it properly each time.)I am the owner of 3 different SHARK vacs and they’re all terrific for their type of machine.The MESSMASTER works just as I’d hoped. Good suction for cleaning solution, good brush action for soil too. My floor looks great.The cherry on top is the “auto clean” feature. WOW. A big time saver and the brush roll looks clean. I am leaving the brush open along with the solution container to air dry. SHARK is the better appliance.

Customer Review: This was my 2nd purchase of this product. Very happy with the operation and strong vacume feature. The sprayer works much like a other units with a spray and mop feature. However, this unit must have been damaged and tye cleaning solution leaked out from the bottom quickly. (Assuming the tank or hose is cracked or defective.I contacted Shark CS through the provided info on Amazon.The agent politely and effeciciantly reviewed the problem and they are sending a replacement unit in 7/10 days. No cost to me. I’m very happy with this product and how well it works. Very light and easy to handle. Tossing the replaceable used pads is just a push if a button. Don’t have to touch the dirty pads at all.Perfect for a quick clean up on all hand floors. And the vacume container holds a surprisingly good amount of dirt.I have 2 heavy shedding Aussies and this make my daily sweeps and spot cleaning super easy. Customer Review: I live in the desert so a LOT of dust and dirt get tracked into my home, and I also have a what WAS a “fancy” floor finish that now flakes up CONSTANTLY, so keeping up on vacuuming is a *constant* chore. Just to make things more complicated, I’m disabled and have arthritis, so doing a lot of moving around and bending down to get at tricky spots used to leave me laid up for an entire day after housekeeping.THIS vacuum cleaner has been a complete GAME-CHANGER! It is a *little* heavier than I expected, but for all the other features, it’s enough of a trade-off. One of the BEST features for someone with limited flexibility is that you can lift the light-weight cannister and motor section off of the base and carry it around like a hand vacuum. You can *also* remove the handle from the vacuum in two differed lengths – a short handle for cleaning things at waist height and above, and a LONG handle to get under crevices and other spots on the floor without bending over or getting down on your hands and knees for tricky spaces!This vacuum allows me to adjust the rug/floor setting with a button near the handle without having to bend over and fiddle with a knob near the floor, and even has a setting to automatically adjust itself to go from carpet to bare floor. The motor is STRONG and does an excellent job at cleaning the carpet and floor with just a few passes. For getting under cupboards and furniture, there’s a sensor that will give a boost where you need one, and a light that goes on and off automatically because the darn thing is MAGIC and knows when you need it!The cannister that holds the dust and dirt is on the small side, but I think this is a plus because even though you have to clean it out a little more often, it doesn’t vomit out so much gunk that you end up covered in dust and grime. That is also why it is small and light enough to carry around, so I consider it a feature, not a bug.It is a little pricey, but I think it’s been worth every penny. Customer Review: Awesome value. I use a Miele C3 vac ($1,000+) in my main home and bought the Shark Rotator for a beach house. After using the Shark for the first time in main home, I’m impressed. Cleaning dog hair off carpet and grit off hard floors looked thorough. The Shark is almost as easy to manipulate as the wand and power carpet brush on the Miele. The Shark doesn’t get any long border collie hair wrapped around the rotating carpet brush. Shark’s liftaway capability provides the mobility, although heavier, of the long hose on the Miele canister vac. Wrapping the cord on the Shark is an added chore that’s automated with the Miele cord rewind. The Miele has killer vacuum and graduated vacuum control for drapes versus a basic high-low vac control on the Shark. I like the bag filtering on the Miele to capture more dust because I have mild allergies, but the Shark dust bin empties easily. For 1/3rd the price the Shark Rotator is a champ.

I love them and felt they worked amazingly.Next, I have 3 dogs & a cat. One is a thick coat lab and the cat sheds so much as well.Another next, I have horrible allergies and wanted something that would help keep them calm as well. I read through every review, good, bad, indifferent.I wanted a vacuum that was going to truly pick up pet hair/dander, as well as pick up sand & dirt.I was drawn to this specific vacuum saying pet & allergen vacuum and loved that so many of the reviews said it had amazing suction power.I thought there’s no way ut can be as amazing as most were raving about.After 2 months of digging and narrowing down vacuums, I was left with this one. I finally decided to purchase it and see what all the fuss was about.It came in today and I immediately out it together to the it out.I had just vacuumed with my Rainbow vacuum 2 days before, so I didn’t expect much.Oh….my….gosh…! Customer Review: I’ve been using a Shark cordless for a few years, but had to reconcile to the fact that with pets, the suction and ability to get all the dirt and pet hair is just not quite enough. Broke down and bought this Shark corded vacuum and O.M.G!!! Day and night difference, and the suction on this one is fierce! I was shocked at what it collected on my first go around. I love Shark products, and I’ll hang onto the cordless for small, quick vacuum needs, but for deep cleaning? This one is unreal! I feel like my house is so much cleaner. Easy to put together, not hard to push, easy to keep clean. Im a fan!!

Customer Review: I have lots of vacuums. I have cordless sticks, traditional sweepers and the robot vacuums that run when I’m not around. I have two dogs, so I feel like I need to clean the floors constantly. I found that the cordless sweepers are convenient, but not very powerful. I wanted a light vacuum with strong suction and I knew that a battery wouldn’t work…that’s why I got the corded version. Wow. It’s so powerful. It really picks up the dirt and I am very happy with how well it cleans my carpets. The cord is long enough that I can move around easily. It’s not very noisy and I really enjoy it. It was super easy to put together and although I saw some negative reviews about storage, I haven’t had any issues with just leaning it up against a wall. It was a great buy and I am very happy with the quality.

Customer Review: So this is my favorite stick. Vacuum always has been my other one held up until the stick didn’t want to stay up anymore. It kept falling over and so I donated it to my church and they use it and it works quite well. Still, it still sucks up everything. It still works. This one here is a bit different. They changed the brush on it. So the brushes aren’t as close together as they were before, so it doesn’t Pick up with the brushes as well as it used to. But the suction is more so it works about the same. So the brush is a little bit different, which I wish they would change it back to the old brush. Other than that, this is the perfect little vacuum. It does great on carpeting, all types of carpeting, and Wood floors are whatever type of flurge that you have that have no carpet. It works really well. I love this vacuum. It’s not heavy. The only thing I want to say about this new one is the rubber piece where you grip your hand on. I have bad Arthritis and stuff, and it tends to rub my hand and hurt it. The other vacuum. I did not do that. So I think they made that rubber piece around where you grip your hand a little bit more hard, and it just it rubs my hand wrong. So I have to hold my vacuum different now. So that it does not give me a sore, so if they would go back to the softer version on the hand grip. And go back to the original brush, this is the perfect vacuum. It’s absolutely amazing

Customer Review: I researched this vacuum heavily before buying it and honestly I was not sure it was going to be as good as everyone said. I was wrong. The vacuum is stellar. I can tell that it’s cleaning the carpet in a way that it was not cleaned by my old Shark vacuum because of what I see in the dust cup as they call it.. it’s hardly a cup it’s huge. The one thing they don’t tell you in all the reviews and videos that I watched is that the motorized brush rollers are really powerful. I’m 72 but fairly strong very physically active/fit and this thing just about ran away with me. It was a workout to use it. Not in a bad way but still a workout. The forward is easy..but on the backstroke you’ve got to really pull against those brushes that want to go forward. Very impressive results so far. I might update this after three or four months of using it. I have a low pile ribbed carpet and I’ve been using it on the medium setting which seems to be appropriate for this carpet. I’ve not tried it on my hardwood floors yet. All I can say is the suction is very strong and puts my older.Shark Navigator and classic Miele cannister vacuum to shame. Completely worth the slightly higher price, very easy to put together right out of the box,. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Customer Review: This is my second Shark Vertex, model az2002. The first one lasted 5 years. The plastic swivel component that attached to the floor vacuum literally broke in pieces, a small piece first, then a large piece, then all of it. It would still vacuum, but not stand up, nor could you maneuver it. Tried repairing, gave up. I replaced it with a Shark Navigator lift away. I had previously owned one of those. After using the Navigator for 7 or 8 months, I decided to go back to the Shark Vertex. My reasons were, the Vertex is self cleaning. I have a great Pyrenees and a shepherd Pyrenees mix, a 2 small dogs. I vacuum every other day. It takes forever when you have to stop and clean the brush roll out. I also have a shag area rug, and when using the Navigator, even with adjusting the suction, it was more of a work out and struggle. I started looking at the Vertex model and caught it on sale on Amazon, I won’t say what I paid, but it’s a lot cheaper than what the price is now. Having said all this, the Vertex is worth it. The suction surpasses the Navigator, and it even dusts your floors. Long dog hair, no problem, vacuuming the car, got it. I dont find it to be heavy, or cumbersome. The Navigator is a good vacuum, but for me the Vertex is worth it, even if I only get another 5 years out of it.
