Customer Review: The vacuum is just like the other Sharks I have had. Great suction, filtration and ease of use. I love the hand roller tool, it works great on my cat trees! Also the other tools work well. The only downfall is the cord is much shorter than my last Shark. My last Shark is still working, but it has been used a lot. Excellent quality, I have no doubt it will last for years. I would buy this again. Only my 3rd Shark because they last while getting put through the test at our house. This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. I have two cats and a husband who’s into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn’t sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that’s something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I’ve used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments… Not this one! I’m able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it’s lightweight. I’m not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It’s really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. It’s harder to ignore when I can see it so thanks for that, too. ). The cord is a tad short, so I went ahead a bought a small extension cord to go with it, but other than that, I’m very impressed! Customer Review: I wanted a lightweight cordless vacuum that could go from floor vac to hand vac. I researched my options and settled on this one. We have a cat and also are allergic to cats (go figure) so really wanted something to get the cat hair under control. Unbeknownst to me when I ordered this, not only do we have a cat but we also had a major flea situation (I can’t bring myself to use the word ‘infestation’). I ripped this lil’ Shark out of the box and immediately started vacuuming, and have used it almost daily for the past three weeks. Really impressed with the suction, charge, ease of use, and ease of emptying. It’s easy to transition it from a floor vac to a hand vac, and the pet hair attachment and crevice tool seem good. I wish there was a place on the device to store the extra tools, because I’m just wandering around from room to room carrying them in a plastic bag for whenever I need to swap them in and out. Also a little annoying that I sometimes have to power off and on when it gets unhappy with one of the throw rugs and the floor brush stops spinning. But overall, I love it! I have two Dysons, a Roomba, and a shop vac, and this one has been getting by far the most use. I’m shocked and horrified by how much dust and fur it picks up every day. Gross but satisfying (and fleas are now at bay!!).

Customer Review: I’ve been using my Shark Cordless vacuum for a few months now. I still love it. I was waiting to make sure it kept working before reviewing. So far, so good. I haven’t had the best luck with the less expensive cordless vacuums. One was so hard to clean I just sent it back. Another had a problem with the rollers not spinning. I managed to keep it going for 2 years but always presented problems. This one is easy. The rollers stop the nanosecond a problem is detected and nothing has gotten wrapped up in them. This one is not so expensive that I couldn’t afford it and is what I was looking for. It seems durable and hopefully it will last more than a few years. It’s easy to use, lightweight and empties very easily. Just hold it over the garbage can and push the button. Nice. It’s also easy to charge. I just plug it in next to a wall and let it charge. My only complaint is actually that the charge barely lasts long enough. I have 1204 sq. ft. on 3 levels. I use a larger, corded vacuum for the top level that has 2 carpeted bedrooms. So, I’m only vacuuming the hard floors on the 2nd level (with some throw rugs) and the carpeted living room on the ground floor. Also 18 total carpeted steps. So, I wish the charge would last another 10-15 minutes for a more complete job. That said, it works so well, that I’m still very happy. The best part is that it’s small enough and light enough to make cleaning the stairs a lot less of a chore than with a full-sized regular vacuum. The rollers pull strongly and the suction is quite adequate. Not overwhelmingly so but does the job. I have 2 cats and need to be able to have a handy device especially for the steps where they love to play.

I use the smooth attachment to lightly lift dust from my Amish built tweed sofa. I use the crevice tool to pick up crumbs around the garbage can and I pick up wood pieces from my fireplace hearth. I have two dogs, so I feel like I need to clean the floors constantly. I found that the cordless sweepers are convenient, but not very powerful. I had an expensive Dyson, but the Dyson was so cumbersome to carry (an heavier) and such a chore just to use the attachment. This vacuum is so easy to use. I saw in the reviews that the cords was too short, but the cord is pretty long and doesn’t bother me at all. When the filters aren’t clogged, the suction is incredible and doesn’t miss a thing. For a large house, you might need to do a dump midway through if the floors are especially filthy, but usually it just needs to be dumped at the end of the project, which takes all of five seconds. Customer Review: I have been a “vacuum connoisseur” since I was a teenager – my Mom kept a clean house and I inherited her enjoyment of a clean house. Vacuuming is my favorite house chore – it actually relaxes me, so I always enjoy having a great vacuum that is easy to use. Right now, we have four doggos – Husky/GSD/Malamute mix, Husky/GSD/Dingo mix, GSD/Cattledog mix, and a purebred Carolina Dog (American Dingo). As you can imagine – we have a LOT of fur around here. My dogs literally shed twice a year – six months in the spring and six months in the fall. 🙂 I vacuum the entire house at least once a day and sometimes twice. I’ve had several cordless vacs – two from Dyson, one from Bissell, and two from Shark. The Dysons were dismal at picking up fur, and the Bissell was worse. And don’t even get me started on the robot vacuums – we have had four (Roombas, Bobi, and Eufy) – completely ineffective and a waste of money. I got my first Shark Rocket Pet Pro vacuum in 2017, and I can’t say enough about it! I have vacuumed up tons of fur with it, and it has always had great suction, great power, and it’s easy to keep it clean. I just replace the filters on it every month or two, and that’s all the maintenance it needs. That poor vacuum died last week (through no fault of its own). I spent three days researching cordless vacuums, and kept coming back to the Shark Rocket Pet Pro. I bought a second to replace the first, and am still in love with this vacuum. Bonus: The new one that I bought has the upgraded handle with the hook for the motor, so it can stand on its own and be easily stored. The ONLY issue I have with this vacuum (and it’s not a huge problem): The self-cleaning brushroll is AMAZING! But – I have to stop once in a while and pull a ball of white Husky fur out of the floor attachment – the hole behind the brushroll that takes the debris up the long rod to the dustcup gets clogged (I tried to show a picture of it). When this gets blocked, the vacuum won’t pick anything up. Again, not a deal breaker, especially with the self-cleaning brushroll, but it is the one less-than-perfect aspect of this unit. And I’m probably the only one in the world with this issue, because I have my beautiful fur-factory doggos running around here. 🙂 Overall, I adore this cordless vac and will recommend it to everyone!

Customer Review: WOW!! I had a Shark Navigator Lift-a-way, and after 15 years of faithful service, the hose tore and duct tape didnt work. After reading the reviews here on Amazon, I tried to find it in a store. But NONE. I pulled the trigger and ordered it earlier this week. Today, it came and I put it together. My carpet was ready for a good vacuuming. This Shark is AMAZING. SUPER STRONG SUCTION. I had to back the suction off a bit (easy to access, just like the old Shark. PERFECT! I used it on my carpeted steps. Perfect! The attachment for steps is not motorized and actually does a better job than the old Shark. (It had a motorized attachment not unlike the full-sized carpet sweeper) Now I wont hate doing steps!!! I used it on my smooth kitchen floor….works great. GREAT VACUUM!! The price is right. Everything I saw at Kohls, Walmart, were either way low-quality or too high of price. Glad to be able to post a positive review on this. I was worried to never find another vacuum as good as my old Shark. Hope this helps you make a decision. 🙂

Customer Review: I am where vacuums go to die. With 4 dogs and 5 cats, living on a mountain farm, I kill vacuums on a regular basis. I’ve managed to take out everything from an old Kirby to a new Dyson & everything in between. Even the ones designed for pet hair didn’t last long. Then I got a shark navigator. It was true love! It was like having a Catholic priest come in on a regular basis to perform an exorcism on my carpets. For years, me & my Shark performed miracles in my home, proclaiming from my mountain top… THIS HOUSE IS CLEAN! Then we moved. I allowed a stranger to take my beloved Shark and haul it 2600 miles. By the time it arrived, it was too late. I founded it shoved behind a pile of boxes, hidden by the movers until after they left. It was literally in pieces, it’s hoses and cords shredded and pulled from thier sockets. The handle snapped off at the neck, there was no chance of resurrection. I couldn’t imagine what kind of torture my poor loyal side kick had endured, and was in doubt I would ever know such admiration for a household appliance again. I started the quest for a new vacuum, of course I knew it would be impossible to find such perfection again. Each year the new models get cheaper in parts while more expensive in price. After days of exhaustive searching… thinking perhaps I could find a remanufactured version of my old pal, I gave up. It was time to admit I had to buy something different. Still, my Navigator had been so wonderful, and I hadn’t found anything on the market that seemed better so I ordered a newer model, and set my heart to disappointment. Certainly I would never find another who could make my heart pitter pat like that again! My new Shark arrived and I pulled it from the box. It was pretty, shiny, and a lovely color. I assembled the parts easily, hearing the click as each locked in place. It had a good weight to it, though I felt a bit like betraying a loved one as I tucked it into the closet… not yet ready to actually turn it on for a test run. The puppy took advantage of my distraction, as cable & internet providers came and went. The pup shredded anything he found tempting that had already been unpacked, including packing material. Little Styrofoam pieces and bits of a silk flower arrangement littered a bedroom floor. A calendar lying on top of a box would no longer adorn our wall. And fluffy bits of golden retriever dotted the carpet where he had rolled and played during his destructive frolic. I cleaned up what i could by hand and then instinctively reached in the closet for my Shark. It was not my dear, loyal soldier that heeded my call for assistance. No, there was a new soldier at the ready and it was time to see if it could handle the job. I plugged it in, and turned it on. The Shark came to life, illuminated with the power surging through it. With a light touch, the new machine moved as though floating over the floor, and followed my directions as though reading my mind. The shredded debris was instantly gone, nothing missed, no second pass needed. It was so efficient we were done before I knew it. I popped out the tank, emptied it and slipped it back in with ease. I rewrapped the cord and rolled the vacuum back to the closet. As I tucked it in to its spot I gave it a quick pat and whispered, “That’ll do Shark. That’ll do.” It had done its duty well, with no hesitation or complaints. My old friend was laid to rest, and a new one had come to fill the hole in my heart & my closet. My dogs & cats fur would not be allowed to over run my home. I had a new champion that promised to fight the good fight. All that remains to be seen is how long it will last. A s we all lived happily ever after.

Customer Review: So far I have used this vacuum twice and It’s a pretty strong stick vacuum. It works really well on carpet and hard floors. I like that it is so versatile. You can use the tools with the stick extension or attach the tools directly to the vacuum for closer jobs. It definitely has a great suction which I love about Shark vacuums. Shark has been one of my favorite brands of vacuum tools. I have used the navigator, i have a cordless hand vacuum that I use to clean my truck that works great and I had a Shark robot vacuum at one point as well. Shark vacuums have just been great machines all around. I will say the reviews about not being able to stand the vacuum up is only somewhat accurate. If the dust bin and motor are attached as you normally would to vacuum your floors then the weight of it will cause it to fall over. The roller brush part isn’t wide enough or heavy enough to hold it up. However, there is a little hook down by the roller on the front of the extension tube that is meant to hold the motor and dust cup. If you remove the motor and place it on the storage hook it will stand up perfectly and become a little more compact. It distributes the weight and BOOM it stands without issues. Love the light on it too. It lit up dust and dirt I couldn’t normally see. I can use it under my bed which I like because my pups like to lay under it with the toy graveyard. It’s a nice machine for a 856 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. I mostly have hard floors but it works great everywhere. Pretty decent price too for $125. The upholstery tool and brush tool are combined. To use the brush they must be together but to use the upholstery tool you push the release button and the brush will pop off to reveal the upholstery tool. Pretty nifty stuff. As other reviewers mentioned there isn’t a place to store the tools but to me that is a minor inconvenience.

Customer Review: I did a lot of research before buying this and glad I did. It’s my first cordless and, maybe I just got lucky but I couldn’t be happier with it. It has plenty of suction power. You name it and it sucks it up from cat hair to kibble, cheerios to rice. It has a sensor that “knows” when it’s on carpet and automatically the vacuum increases power. Then when it gets on vinyl/smooth flooring it knows and and automatically lowers the power a bit but still easily sucks up everything without flinging it back. It also has sensors and knows when you get close to a wall and automatically increases power so it gets everything close to the wall. The other thing it has sensor(s) for is that it “knows” is when it is sucking up more dirt in a particular spot and so also speeds up to be sure it gets it all. All that speeding up when needed and then slowing down, is to save battery power without sacrificing cleaning. I’ve run it for about 30 minutes in that “auto” mode and still had a little bit of battery power left. You can manually set it to a constant low or high power but I’ve left it on the middle, automatic power detect setting and let it decide how much power to use and when to use it (or not). It does such a good job on that setting that I see no reason to change it. I suspect on a constant high setting your battery would run out of juice pretty quickly, probably in 15 minutes or so. I also find that I use the flex wand more than I thought I would. Great for getting under beds or whatever without bending over so much to do so. When you’re finished vacuuming, just stick it on the docking station and the docking station sucks out the dirt from the vacuum cleaner and puts that dirt in a docking station container. When docked, it also recharges the battery. That dock station container holds a lot so you don’t need to empty it very often maybe once a month or so, if that much depending on your situation. When you do need to empty the docking station container, it easily disconnects from the docking station with one hand. Take the container and hold it over garbage can, push a lever and the bottom opens up and dumps everything in garbage can. I wish it came with more attachments. Mine came with two and neither had a brush which I really would like to have. I also wish there was some onboard way to carry one or more of the attachments on the vacuum itself. I knew these things weren’t including when I bought it so no stars off.

Customer Review: I know it is expensive, but this baby is worth every penny. It picks up dirt, dog hair, and all the rest even better than my big vacuum used to. The canister isn’t as big as I wish I was, but I don’t even care with how amazing it is. The auto empty feature makes up for it since I don’t have to go out to the kitchen and dump a canister then reattach it, and repeat. No cord to trip over is a bonus. I do recommend a second battery if you like to vacuum more than 20-25 minutes on carpet. I use the smart sense feature which still picks up all the nasty on my carpets. Works on my couches, pillows, mattress, hardwood floors, and medium pill carpet. I think it would do well on high pill carpet too. It also works on my bathroom mats. I literally can’t say enough amazing things about this. I look forward to vacuuming.

It’s small so it doesn’t take up much room. I’d say the noise volume is moderate. Overall a nice handheld vac.
