Customer Review: This is the best handheld vac I’ve ever owned. I use the soft brush attachment to keep my wood floor crumbs from up under my kitchen cabinet base. I use the smooth attachment to lightly lift dust from my Amish built tweed sofa. I use the crevice tool to pick up crumbs around the garbage can and I pick up wood pieces from my fireplace hearth. I also use the crevice tool to deep vac my dryer lint trap and my baseboards. I have owned this hand vac for a year and the suction is consistent and amazing. It hold a charge for a week and blinks when it’s getting low on charge. It’s easy to empty and to clean the filter. It’s durable and easy t use. The noise level is commensurate to its effectiveness and certainly a great value for the money. I will never use a different brand. It’s the perfect hand vac to complete the job of my robot and large vacuum. It reaches beside toilets, behind my freestanding tub and around and behind end tables. Such a time saver I’ve bought it for my daughters for their home that have pets and they also say it’s the best handheld vac they’ve ever owned. BUY IT!

Customer Review: This is handy! For around the house use, one charge handles multiple uses and cleaning projects. Dust and fine debris pick up is also very good, easy to swap out parts for different uses, so it’s versatile. I’m set to use it more so to clean out my car, but when I did a quick pass through it was very efficient. Not too noisy, especially compared to a full sized vacuum I’d say. No clogging as of yet, and easy to empty without too much of a mess. Honestly I’m happy I bought it, as I was going back and forth looking through multiple handheld options that I could use for the house and car. I’m satisfied.ALSO it’s easy to store! If you have had an influx of ladybugs in your house, this is the tool for you! I was also able to suck up a couple angry wasps. I use it exclusively for bug removal. It is fast and oh so powerful.NOTICE: When I carefully unpacked it and read the “manual” it said there was a cloth filter included…I did not see it anywhere. My calls to B&D resulted in 15 minutes on hold and no help. Aggravated, I ordered a set of washable filters from Amazon. They arrived speedily and when I went to put one on, it was then I discovered the cloth filter!😳 So be aware the included cloth filter is located UNDER the “plastic pre-filter.” Sort of strange…my daughter’s older model had the cloth filter OVER the blue one. I’m telling you about this so you’ll know. The cloth filter is there, it’s just hidden.The manual isn’t very explanatory but is full of **bold letter** WARNINGs.I’m very happy with my purchase. It is a very strong vac….as others have noted it is very very loud. It is easy to charge, a delight to use and accomplishes the task, whether it be bug or dirt removal. I love it and you will too!

There are two speeds of suction; it works well and is easy to empty. I love that this unit even comes with an extra filter. It is not a noisy vacuum and seems to have good battery life. We’ve not used it long enough to address the vacuum’s durability, but it seems well made. Customer Review: I have lots of vacuums. I have cordless sticks, traditional sweepers and the robot vacuums that run when I’m not around. I have two dogs, so I feel like I need to clean the floors constantly. I found that the cordless sweepers are convenient, but not very powerful. I wanted a light vacuum with strong suction and I knew that a battery wouldn’t work…that’s why I got the corded version. Wow. It’s so powerful. It really picks up the dirt and I am very happy with how well it cleans my carpets. The cord is long enough that I can move around easily. It’s not very noisy and I really enjoy it. It was super easy to put together and although I saw some negative reviews about storage, I haven’t had any issues with just leaning it up against a wall. It was a great buy and I am very happy with the quality.

Customer Review: Wow, I have to admit how pleasantly surprised I was to receive a purchased product that works as advertised! I just received it today with very quick shipping (so Kudos to Amazon for improved shipping), and briefly looked over directions to get it on the charger and fully charged (as directions recommend) so that I could test my new B&D furbuster hand vac asap. I have several products recently purchased in prior Amazon orders that I’ll be driving to UPS tomorrow to return and I wanted to verify if this product was going to be added to that list of returns and do so all in one trip. I must say that this honestly exceeded my expectations and let me be clear, I typically review a product for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. because it’s a great product that works, looks, does as advertised that deserves recognition, and because I feel that other consumers should be able to rely on trustworthy feedback from legit Amazon members that actually purchased the products they’re reviewing. 2. Because the product is horrible and fails to do as advertised, or customer service for that product is very poor or altogether absent (meaning you don’t get a response from their so called customer service when you have questions or need product assistance). I admit that I won’t use valuable time to review those purchases/products that are what I call the “In Between Great & Horrible Products”, meaning not great, but not horrible. That being said, in the short period I’ve had this hand vac I am extremely pleased. YOU GO BLACK & DECKER, FOR A JOB MORE THAN WELL DONE!!! First, I love the design of the hand vac over all, it stands very firmly on the end opposite of the handle while charging, or you could lay it down if need be, because there is no bulky cradle used for charging as many other hand vacs have. It’s very light to hold and maneuver and feels natural to use (even for someone that has physical limitations or back, hip, shoulder problems such as myself with fibromyalgia, bursitis, si problems, advanced arthritis, and carpal tunnel), as well as how easy it is to use the 2 accessories. The built in extended crevice tool which you simply slide/pull out to use as needed, and the ingenious designed brush attachment with rubber type bristles great for picking up hair and fur, and it is a motorized brush that actually works as intended, it DOESN’T require any type of upper body or hand strength to attach the brush either, as it very easily clicks into place when attaching it and can be removed just as easily. After the charging process completes for the initial use (which btw was very simple to do by plugging the small charging adapter into an electrical outlet after plugging the other end of the adapter cable into the hand vac) the battery light located by the power button on the hand vac indicates when it’s fully charged. Simply remove the charging adapter plug from the hand vac and you’re all set, ready to clean everything & anything your heart desires. In the short time I had the product today after it was fully charged, I was actually looking for things to clean in addition to the cleaning tasks I purchased this hand vac for (cleaning pet/cat hair off furniture, steps, cushions, etc and for cleaning up kitty litter that unfortunately gets tracked throughout my entire home in addition to the surrounding areas of my litter robots and spare litter pan, no matter what type, brand, priced, etc of litter I purchase (as I’ve tried them ALL).. This hand vac allowed me to clean numerous areas with litter and pet hair both, and did so very quickly and easily without breaking my back in the process! And the battery still had plenty of charge remaining if I had more to clean. I’m also very grateful that this hand vac is no where near as loud as all of my previous hand vacs were (at least the ones that worked well anyway). Keep in mind this is my initial review after 1 day of using this product so I’ll be sure to update my review in a few months from now to confirm if its still working as well as it did today, if the battery works and lasts as advertised, or if I discover any additional pros and cons. In this review I gave battery life only 4 stars just for the time being,. However, once I’ve had time to use the hand vac long enough to drain the battery entirely, I’ll update whether it deserves 5 stars or less than my initial 4 stars for the battery. Overall, I give this product 5⭐ and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has pets, or anyone with physical limitations that has little body strength and needs a dependable user friendly hand vac!

Customer Review: I have had this blue beauty for 3 years now & it’s still running strong. Very light weight but that suction ain’t light! It can pick up large amounts of dirt so fast & still get the crumbs you can’t see! Moving it around is easy, never awkward. & having it for over 3 years now, it has held up so well. No dings or scratches or anything. Still works just as well as when it was bought. I also clean my filter with water regularly & change when needed. I like to let it sundry for best & quick results. The cord is long enough to get my whole living room. & I have spent hundred on vacuums. But for its price especially?? This is the best. Love it. Customer Review: I ordered this stick vac at the recommendation of a friend who LOVES hers. It’s for small spaces and probably not built to service a full size house. We are full-time RVers so I needed something small and powerful. Right out of the box the suction is amazing! It’s a fool proof assembly, with simply inserting the stick and away you go. It is a handheld as well, just simply unlatch the stick and remove it. It seems, upon first use, to be well made and the weight is so light, yet it did a great job on the low pile carpet in the pop-out as well as the bare floor. I can’t attest to longevity as I’ve only had it a day and only used it once. I’ll update at a later date as to how it continues to work. Again, I am only using this for small jobs and not high pile carpet or a full size house. It is very sleek and therefore space saving and I needed this for the RV.This little vac sure packs a punch!It is corded and the cord is long enough.

Customer Review: Warning, it’s a long read, but I wanted to go into deep detail.To start, I have been a Rainbow vacuum user for so long. I love them and felt they worked amazingly.Next, I have 3 dogs & a cat. One is a thick coat lab and the cat sheds so much as well.Another next, I have horrible allergies and wanted something that would help keep them calm as well. I also have a lung disease and need something that will pick up as much junk as possible to keep them clear.Now, on to the Shark vacuum.I got tired of lugging around the Rainbow and wanted to look into a vacuum that my daughter could use and help out.I found this Shark vacuum and 6 others that grabbed my attention.I dug deep. I read through every review, good, bad, indifferent.I wanted a vacuum that was going to truly pick up pet hair/dander, as well as pick up sand & dirt.I was drawn to this specific vacuum saying pet & allergen vacuum and loved that so many of the reviews said it had amazing suction power.I thought there’s no way ut can be as amazing as most were raving about.After 2 months of digging and narrowing down vacuums, I was left with this one. I finally decided to purchase it and see what all the fuss was about.It came in today and I immediately out it together to the it out.I had just vacuumed with my Rainbow vacuum 2 days before, so I didn’t expect much.Oh….my….gosh…! I am blown away! Seriously, no joke!The picture you see attached was after 2 passes over a 2′ x 2′ area in my living room. Not kidding…pushed it forward, pulled it back. Did this one other time. I was completely astonished! There is no way my carpet is that dirty after using my Rainbow 2 days before! I swore by that vacuum and how great of a job it did, so I thought.This vacuum pulled out dirt, sand, pet fur from 3 families ago, it seems lol.I immediately took this picture and dumped the resivoir since it was full.I was excited to finish the rest of my living room and then move on to the rest of the house.It took me 30 minutes to vacuum my living room because I had to keep stopping to empty the reservoir. I am grossed out that it was that dirty, but so grateful that I purchased this Shark vacuum.The vacuum is super easy to put together. It’s not heavy and is easy to use.I love that it has the large vacuum and the option to break it down to a hand held vacuum to get baseboards and hard to reach areas.I also love that the power switch has 3 positions; Off, Bare floor, and carpet.I love that there is a place on the vacuum for hose attachments.I love that the power cable is quite long.I love that it’s compact enough to fit in my coat closet, but large enough to vacuum the living room quicker than the sport vacuum. Customer Review: I have been a Dyson monster owner for many years. This shark does better on several fronts. It is more maneuverable and has a lower profile front head so you can reach under cabinets to baseboards which the monster simply would not do. I realize Dyson has probably upgraded in this area I am comparing to an older model because that is what I have. Suction on the shark is awesome beats out the Dyson although again my Dyson is older and maybe a bit leakier in the seals. Biggest thing on this Shark which really is a game changer for me is the ability to pick up the vacuum with the handle and then vacuum using the wand in other hand ( this is shown on the box package) and really makes cleaning stairs so much easier. I have a flight of wood stairs. it was always a thrash with a Dyson because I would have to leave the base and use the long hose and wand which was always annoying to manage. this shark you can carry along with you and just vacuum as you go cuts the time and headache on stairs considerably and in fact with old Dyson I usually often would just skip doing the stairs and let them get dirtier and dirtier so much was it annoying. This is a seamless move from vacuuming the floor to lifting off the wand and walking up the stairs and vacuuming. Can also change attachments on the fly while vacuuming in carry mode. I will say the weight and balance of this vacuum when using on the floor is a bit heavier as other users have mentioned but unless you were doing a lot of vacuuming on a very large space or have strength issues this not an issue. I like the clasps that hook on the dust container on this vacuum the dysons were always a bit perilous if you pushed one wrong button you could dump the thing open when transporting it. Also I never felt super comfortable lifting the vacuum using the handle on my Dyson because it felt like you could rip the dustbin off if not careful (outward pull). This feels more secure. Durability remains to be seen as I’ve had Dyson about 10 years so that is a plus although have replaced a few parts along way… Hoses especially. One thing I don’t like as much about the is when I empty the shark the dust container has some tubes/structure in which debris tends to get hung up on when I empty. Have to mess with it a bit more to fully dump. the Dyson it was easy to just open and dump the whole thing out one shot. Overall awesome value great features. Unless it dies real early… I’m a fan

Customer Review: What do I say about this little vacuum? It is AWESOME, but yet I’m still a teensy bit disappointed? I guess I was hoping for a complete upright replacement, and yeah, it isn’t. I have 2 rugs of short, yet very dense pile that will still need my old upright for a deeper ‘rug beater ‘ clean.That said, this little vac works GREAT on my bare floors (90%) of my home. Sucks dirt and particles I didnt even know I had out from under my baseboards, (using just the wand with no brush or crevice tool , a few pine needles from a ‘live’ Christmas tree 2 years ago came out and paint chips from a reno 7 years ago came out!) I got super nasty dust off my ceiling fans with the little brush attachment thing without significant effort on my part and likewise was able dust my winow blinds with same attachment and minimizing the level of ‘suck’ by opening the adjustment port on the handle. Very impressive! Still, I wish I could vacuum my two nice rugs. It works well on my Home Depot shaggy rug and my Home Depot ‘Oriental’ rug, but yeah either sucks too hard and get stuck on my good rugs or it just skips over the surface and doesn’t suck anything.So. I am still giving 5 stars as a tool to add to my home cleaning arsenal. Truly I am impressed. That said, depending on your rug situation, be aware, it may not be great for every rug type. For me, given 90 percent of my house is hardwood floors or tile, this will be my go to the majority of the time, it gets under most of my furniture and bookcases, it’s pulling stuff out of nooks and crannies on my baseboards and the seams of my couches and recliner, (goodbye Sunday binging TV cookie crumbs) it is sucking up all the dog hair dust bunnies (I have a labrador and a bulldog, although honestly, the bulldog doesn’t shed much but my labrador sure does!) And without mopping, my hardwood has rarely looked this shiny. So, even though I was hoping to completely replace my upright I will say, I am very pleased with the performance of this little vac. For the price? Really, I don’t think you will be dissatisfied. 5 stars after 2 hard core uses (every scenario I could think of to put it through). We’ll see how it goes in 6 months. The extension poles ARE plastic, not metal, if they hold up , we’ll be golden. The plastic doees keep it very light though which is why the ceiling fans weren’t difficult. So I’ll take it. Oh, last thing the attachments and cord stow away nicely, the wand and hose, not so much. I have a bigger utility loset so that doesn’t bother me, but if you need your vacuum to be really ‘tidy’ in storage, you may want to take that into consideration.

Customer Review: This vacuum does a great job for its price point. I had a Dyson previously that kept losing battery and just wasn’t very powerful and this vacuum definitely fixed that problem. It is super powerful and does a great job cleaning the whole house. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles: the cord has to be manually let out and cleaned up, the accessories don’t snap together and come apart sometimes, it is pretty loud – but I’ll take those inconveniences any day as long as the vacuum works well and doesn’t cost > $600.The only reason I’d not recommend this vacuum is if your house is mainly carpet or rugs. It works great on hard floors but it kept suctioning too much to the rugs/getting stuck and I had to get creative with the accessories to clean the few rugs I have.
