To clarify, I was using the smallest cone attachment on the highest setting and this was user error. If anything, I wish it came with an even smaller cone attachment and/or more power (I’m crazy, I know) – But don’t let that dissuade you. Plenty of power for the price, and overall is worth the five stars in my opinion. This is my first suction blackhead remover so not much to compare it to, but it makes taking care of blackheads easy and quick. Previously was only using a small acne tool to take care of individual acne, but takes a while and is not all that comfortable. Still use it on deep pores that the suction tool couldn’t quite get. This works best on shallower pores – was able to clean up my entire nose and chin with this. Battery life is surprisingly good; I’ve been using it on full power and have been impressed with how long it holds a charge. Hasn’t died during use and no noticeable power loss even after using for 15-20+ mins straight. Chose this over other brands for the basic black & white color-profile, since lime-green doesn’t quite match the bathroom… Also – best results are after a hot shower EDIT: This will work to clean up minor spots and shallow pores after a hot shower as previously stated. For long-term use, do yourself a favor and look up ‘Differin’ on amazon. You won’t be disappointed.”
