It did its initial mapping set rooms and did its cleaning. I got in the app and set up cleaning rooms and “Do not pass” boundaries. This is my second automatic vacuum. The first worked well but returned it because I wanted one I could map no-go zones! MS1 (the 2nd) connected easily to wifi. First time it is used it goes through each room, mapping the edge of each room, once finished, it goes back to vacuum/mop the inside areas in a back and forth path. It uses Lidar mapping. The battery is sufficient to do my 3/2 split home. My floors are tiled w/area rugs & MS1 manages well, senses rugs so it doesn’t use the mopping. Suction is a plus, after mopping, floors are not noticeably wet. I have it scheduled to run M-W-F. Love that unit finds it’s way back to the charging station. And if battery gets low & returns to charge, it will go back to where it left off if it didn’t completed its task! Purchased on sale. Picks up well, mopping feature is a plus (for maintenance) I ran into a problem during a scheduled run. It started but right away announced the battery was low & went back to charger. Next it kept loosing battery rather than gaining battery. It also didn’t have a connection. Said it needed to be reset! Problem was battery was too low to reset! I tried wiping off all the unit sensors including the charging sensors, checked the plugs of the charger, nothing worked. So after trouble shooting & help w/no results I sent emails for help, a reply came but didn’t answer my questions. So I re-tried everything and finally after manually putting on charger it showed it started charging. Once fully charged it started the scheduled auto cleaning from earlier that morning. Now tomor it is scheduled to run. We shall see if it works. Time will tell if this product will be returned. Still within 30 days of purchase. If this issue was caused because it didn’t sit on the charger correctly when it automatically returned, then that was a glitch no mechanical defect. Then I would recommend the MS1. I gave 4 stars because of my issue. I will update review if no further issues! As said, I would change my review from 4 to 5 stars if unit fid the scheduled run today … it did so I upgraded my review! Thank you

Nice vacuum. Very simple to set up and map out. Easy to use. Does a great job and will let you know if it gets stuck. Was surprised it only got stuck once. My cats weren’t terribly bothered by it either which is also a plus. Have only used the vacuum feature thus far, not the mop. Side brush does a good job of cleaning along the baseboards.
