Customer Review: Excellent tool. I’ve used it everywhere! A fantastic, light weight handheld vacuum with strong suction. People have said the battery doesn’t last long. That has not been my experience. I have used it on cleaning jobs and in my own home and it last plenty long. I even used it on a very dirty 2 hour job today and it never slowed down one bit. The attachments all work and fit well. The upholstery/dog hair attachment works great too, even on short wire dog hair.

Customer Review: This is the best handheld vac I’ve ever owned. I use the soft brush attachment to keep my wood floor crumbs from up under my kitchen cabinet base. I use the smooth attachment to lightly lift dust from my Amish built tweed sofa. I use the crevice tool to pick up crumbs around the garbage can and I pick up wood pieces from my fireplace hearth. I also use the crevice tool to deep vac my dryer lint trap and my baseboards. I have owned this hand vac for a year and the suction is consistent and amazing. It hold a charge for a week and blinks when it’s getting low on charge. It’s easy to empty and to clean the filter. It’s durable and easy t use. The noise level is commensurate to its effectiveness and certainly a great value for the money. I will never use a different brand. It’s the perfect hand vac to complete the job of my robot and large vacuum. It reaches beside toilets, behind my freestanding tub and around and behind end tables. Such a time saver I’ve bought it for my daughters for their home that have pets and they also say it’s the best handheld vac they’ve ever owned. BUY IT!

I vacuum several rooms takes me about 30 min or so. on and off, emptying dust can. i have 4 cats so its picking up lots of fur, dust, litter as expected. i have berber old carpet and ceramic tile. the beauty of this device it senses whether you’re on carpet or tile and vacuum adjusts. i’m able to vacuum everything with battery to spare. it has a button to boost vacuum power. it comes with 1 attachment to use in crevices and has a brush on it. so far i do not have any complaints or issues. i will write an updated review in 60 days or so. i would recommend this vacuum. it’s doing its job, no clogging, battery is great so far, charges quickly, and its appearance is nice. i give it a thumbs up.

After using it for the last few months I am OBSESSED and I have purchase one for my son and father, both bachelor’s who live alone and they also love it. It is easy to use, lightweight, rechargeable, low noise, easy to empty the canister and clean. I love the LED light that shows you dust and dirt as you vaccuum- super satisfying! It picks up a really good amount of dust as well as larger pieces like birdseed.It can also be converted into a dustbuster easily. It is lightweight, but has a very strong suction power, even on low speed. it handles the floors beutifully and on the higher speed, it makes quick work of the area rug clean up. I originally got one for my sewing studio downstairs — the threads DO NOT get tangles on the beater brush – amazing. The cordless design makes it really quick and easy to use it almost every day, and the battery life is long. I ended up getting another one for upstairs to make life easy. I still have my corded vac and it is still needed for the bedroom carpets, but this stick vac works very well on the area rugs

Customer Review: It’s been decades since I’ve had a hand vacuum (my last was a Dustbuster in the early days of hand vacuums). I was cautiously optimistic that this one would be a significant improvement and do a good enough job that I could stop lugging my regular vacuum cleaner outside to clean the car. My goodness! This thing is fabulous. It did a way better job than my vacuum (which has a motorize bristle head for pet hair, as does this Bissell). I track a lot dirt and tiny pebbles, along with horse hair, into my car from the horse barn. This vacuum picked everything up in one swipe and I was done much more quickly than with my regular vacuum. It helps that the bristle head is narrower and thus can more easily navigate curves on the car’s floor. But it’s also a surprisingly powerful vacuum. The attachment for reaching into narrow spaces also worked fine. My hands aren’t especially strong and I found the weight of this vacuum comfortable. Inside the house, the dusting attachment proved to be a dream. Very effective, and quicker than spraying and wiping. It’s especially handy for dusting flat surfaces that you can’t spray, like table runners and place mats. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in recent years.

Always disappointed with the results.It’s very seldom when you buy something and it delivers everything it claims.This hand held vacuum cleaner literally erases the dog hair on the beds. It works like a Dyson. It’s a well-made product has some weight to it. Easy to use, no loud noise. I was a little hesitant because it used a battery. It has a long battery life. Once I charged it, no problem and I vacuumed two big dog beds with bolsters and it cleans them with no problem so that is not an issue. Easy to clean filter. I don’t dread cleaning the dog beds anymore.Buy one if you need one, you will not be disappointed.

Customer Review: I made the mistake of previously purchasing the insanely expensive Dyson handheld… which promptly died in a few months, was replaced, died again and then fell out of warranty. The reason I went with the Dyson originally was that having a powered rotating brush was important to me as the air rotated brushes are generally useless. I also wanted something light, cordless and easy to use. I wish I’d found this little vac first.For me a little vac like this is for cleaning up quick messes, cleaning my stairs, and vacuuming my furniture. This vac does all that, easily, on a single charge. It’s powerful and lasts a long while – I haven’t timed it but I think 20 or so minutes with the brush in use. My only complaint is that I wish it had a removable battery. The battery is built in, which means when the battery dies (which it will in a couple years) the vac becomes useless. Luckily, it’s cheap enough that I won’t mind having to replace it considering it’s 1/4 of the price of the next best option.I’ve seen a few bad reviews concerning the battery going dead immediately on first use. This is just chance… a certain amount of batteries will have issues; this goes for anything you buy with a battery. If it works it will continue to work. If it goes bad immediately, that’s just how it goes and you can exchange it. Don’t judge things based on that battery criteria… Also keep in mind like any other battery you should not keep it plugged in all the time.

Customer Review: This is a great vacuum. The battery lasts a long time, even when it’s on high power.Has really good section and does great on carpets. I find it very convenient that you can detach a portion of the of the vacuum, like a dust buster, but it actually works. I also really like that you can just stand it up wherever, you don’t have to lean it on something. The attachments are really good. The edging tool is extra long, so you can get into deep crevices, great for radiators. Last thing, the heaviest parts of the vacuum, like the battery, are lower on the machine than most battery powered vacuums, so it’s easier on the shoulders and arms.

Customer Review: I love this vacuum. This is my second one. It’s perfect, light weight, vacuums well, love the lights, filter and that it has a hand held option. Light on my wrists, which is important to me and the reason I don’t have Dyson. Lasts about 40 min which is enough to vacuum my 1400sq home. Easy charge while it’s standing and not in use at the station that is plugged in to the outlet. It’s almost perfect because the vacuum lasts for about a year. I wish they would have a version that has longer life.

Customer Review: Purchased in Nov 2012, writing this review in Jan 2014. Its my first video, but of all the products I’ve reviewed on Amazon, this one deserves an extra star.We had a Black and Decker Dust Buster when they first came out (sometime around 1987). You would charge it up, and right after it got off the charger, it could suck up sawdust, but the battery would drain quickly, and suction power would lower until it barely made a noise and you couldn’t feel the air moving into it.The Lithium Ion battery changes all that. When it is on, it is on at full blast, with the ability to suck up everything that fits in the tube. I’ve run it hard over the past year, and about 60 seconds before the battery dies, I can hear the sound reducing and you know it is almost out of juice — That has only happened when I intentionally left it off the charger overnight in my garage in sub-freezing temps, then was doing woodworking and turned it back on to clean up a huge mess of sawdust. When it is out of juice, it just plain turns off. Much more satisfying than slowly sucking at lower power. But with day-to-day use, and always putting it back on the charger, I’ve never had it run out.What you WILL find with this dust buster is that your home vacuum gets used a lot less. 🙂 This thing is about as addictive as a power washer. Once you turn it on, good luck putting it down; it is so satisfying to use and works so well, that I inevitably work around the room I’m in and suck up everything else I see on the floor, surfaces, baseboards and so on. In fact, while I was thinking about this review, I was trying to remember a time where I only vacuumed up the ONE THING that I was planning to suck up, and couldn’t remember a time where I DIDN’T go around and clean up other things. It really is fun to use and the house is just naturally cleaner as a result. When you have the right tool for the job, any job can be fun, and this is the absolute right tool for the job. Right now I’m saving up to add one to the garage and other to the basement so that I always have one close at hand. Our upright vacuum now only comes out when we want to do the deep cleaning, about once a month.I use it for cleaning up spills while baking, cleaning up the table (chairs and floor) after the kids eat, I suck lint off the couch, clean up sawdust in the garage, suck up ash from the fireplace, suck up paper cuttings and stickers the kids leave on the floor. The list goes on.Another thing I have to mention is how easy it is to disassemble and clean. The filter system is great. I’m only now looking at replacing the filters, though I probably should have done this every six months. I keep it very clean by emptying the container, but also taking apart the filters and rinsing or brushing them out. I’ve seen a lot of vacuums meet ash or sawdust and immediately spray particles in the air, but this vacuum does not. It does an amazing job of containing very fine dust particles, which in turn raises your confidence to suck up anything and everything you see.The only two things anyone in the world could complain about are the noise and the LED light. I throw out both of those arguments as pointless, but I’ll address them. The noise is loud. In the video you’ll see that it gets up to 98 decibels. That is louder than conversation, about as loud as a Subway. The pitch of the noise is probably what some people object to. It has a higher pitch noise – closer to a weed whacker than a Harley – but the decibel level is what I’d expect for truly awesome suction power.The other thing people complain about is how bright the LED is. I’ll give them that. It surprised me. You can see the blue glow outside the window of our kitchen. But if this does bother you, get out a Sharpie or some model paint and put a couple of dabs on it to either block or diffuse the brightness.Neither complaint should hold you back from getting this thing. If I had to choose this or an upright vacuum I’d choose this, or two of these.
