The plastic swivel component that attached to the floor vacuum literally broke in pieces, a small piece first, then a large piece, then all of it. It would still vacuum, but not stand up, nor could you maneuver it. Tried repairing it but parts were unavailable. I loved that vacuum so much I bought this newer Stratos model. The cleaning power is even better. The DuoClean on hard floors is a game-changer. My only fear is the durability of the swivel joint. I hope they improved that part.
