Customer Review: We have our house professionally cleaned, so I wasn’t expecting that when I tried this on our carpets that it would pull anything up. Holy smokes – there was a lot of lint and dust that this vacuum picks up that gets left behind with other vacuums. Very easy to push and feels sturdy. We’ve had other Shark vacs before but this is my fave due to the rollers that don’t catch hair! If you have long haired people in your life, you know how annoying it is – and gross – when you have to hack hair off your vacuum roller. Very pleased with the quality and performance of this!

Customer Review: Powerful yet light. It’s all about hair and It’s all about the double brush. I “sold” the Kirby vacs as a teenager waiting to get in the military. We were trained on various vacuums and I was in a lot of homes showing people how junk their other vacuums were. Never sold one because even though they were amazing because of the price tag. I just couldn’t bring myself to do that to people. But. What I learned there separated me from many others. My favorite vacuum was the older Kenmore progressive intelliclean vacuum. Bought it for my wife on Christmas. Madder than heck until she tried it. Spent HOURS testing it at sears vs the dysons etc before I bought it. Drove two sales guys crazy. Bought old parts off other broken units just to keep it going. Later (we have two) went with the new Kenmore progressives. Extremely powerful suction. Direct drive brush. But it did not have the ease of use and versatility of the intelliclean.Telling all this because I know vacuum cleaners. And also I am an engineer. So I know quality.As I stated above it’s all in the brush. Yes this vacuum is powerful. It’s so well designed to go from hand wand suction to wand for long reach to floor cleaning to lift and carry the unit. There are a few shortcomings but…it’s all about the brush. I live in the house of hairs. Wife, two daughters all with LONG hair. The kind of hair you will get your feet tangled in and fall down long hair. Then. A Husky who’s sole purpose in life is to shed and a black English lab who’s black hairballs will suffocate a small child. After vacuuming the house with the former vacuums I would have to get scissors out and cut the wrapped girls hair off the brush. Not a pleasant job but a must. Then when I would run our carpet scrubber a bunch of dog hair would clump up right after using the vacuum. So they never got all the hair. Like . A lot of left over dog hair. Our carpet is medium plush as an FYI.This new vacuum has rubber wipes on it along with a brush. No real beater bar that actually damages your carpet up like other vacuums. This instead uses what I would call friction to remove the hair from the carpet fabric. It is absolutely amazing how well it works. And the dander this thing sucks up is significantly more dense than the former vacuums.The only important downside that I figure I would mention is with this double brush system is that it won’t do light rugs. Neither did our Kenmores cause they would just suck the dang things up into the bag almost. This double roller instead will grab the rug and pinch it between the two rollers and then it will trip off the rollers. You then have to turn off the vac (easy) extract the rug (not too bad and no damage to the vac or rug) then you can turn it back on to get the rollers to work again. So if like my house where my wife buys rugs Every time I turn around then know that like most vacuums (even with the brush on slow (hardwood setting) and the min suction (which is just a port on the handle to allow air bypass)…the rollers is what will grab the rug. On heavier rugs it has zero issues.Haven’t had to clean the brush head yet of hair so that’s like worth going out to the bar with your buddies. They would understand.Any other downsides are not downsides. If this was your first ever vacuum in life you would name your first child after it. But if you have gone through many vacuums you see minor things you would change but all of them are not worth even blinking about. Shark did extremely well and I am glad I went with this model even though there are more exotics they make. No matter what model you get…if you are losing the war on hair this double brush system is it. You will claim victory 10 seconds after you turn it on and will probably call your buds over to celebrate. Please don’t tell my wife about this post cause she won’t let me tell her all about vacuum cleaners and will get mad at me for sharing.Update. Run the vacuum almost every day. Best vacuum I have ever owned. We have new medium plush carpet. On occasion I have to run the carpet cleaner. Prior to this vacuum there would be a lot of dog hair and long girls hair clogged up in the carpet cleaner brushes. Not anymore. This Shark pulls all of the hair up. Very impressed. Everything about this vacuum is perfect. I would not change a thing.

Customer Review: This is a long one, but it’s worth the read if you’re doing some serious shopping for a vacuum cleaner:I picked this up in October so I’ve been using it for a few months just to get a genuine sense of how this vacuum really performed and I am absolutely impressed! This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. ( If you’re wondering why I own so many vacuums, I clean for a living.) I bought this for the house. I have two cats and a husband who’s into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn’t sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that’s something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I’ve used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments… Not this one! I’m able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it’s lightweight. I’m not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It’s really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. It’s harder to ignore when I can see it so thanks for that, too. ). The cord is a tad short, so I went ahead a bought a small extension cord to go with it, but other than that, I’m very impressed! Customer Review: WOW!! I had a Shark Navigator Lift-a-way, and after 15 years of faithful service, the hose tore and duct tape didnt work. After reading the reviews here on Amazon, I tried to find it in a store. But NONE. I pulled the trigger and ordered it earlier this week. Today, it came and I put it together. My carpet was ready for a good vacuuming. This Shark is AMAZING. SUPER STRONG SUCTION. I had to back the suction off a bit (easy to access, just like the old Shark. PERFECT! I used it on my carpeted steps. Perfect! The attachment for steps is not motorized and actually does a better job than the old Shark. (It had a motorized attachment not unlike the full-sized carpet sweeper) Now I wont hate doing steps!!! I used it on my smooth kitchen floor….works great. GREAT VACUUM!! The price is right. Everything I saw at Kohls, Walmart, were either way low-quality or too high of price. Glad to be able to post a positive review on this. I’ve managed to take out everything from an old Kirby to a new Dyson & everything in between. Even the ones designed for pet hair didn’t last long. Then I got a shark navigator. It was true love! It was like having a Catholic priest come in on a regular basis to perform an exorcism on my carpets. For years, me & my Shark performed miracles in my home, proclaiming from my mountain top… THIS HOUSE IS CLEAN! Then we moved. I allowed a stranger to take my beloved Shark and haul it 2600 miles. By the time it arrived, it was too late. I founded it shoved behind a pile of boxes, hidden by the movers until after they left. It was literally in pieces, it’s hoses and cords shredded and pulled from thier sockets. The handle snapped off at the neck, there was no chance of resurrection. I couldn’t imagine what kind of torture my poor loyal side kick had endured, and was in doubt I would ever know such admiration for a household appliance again.I started the quest for a new vacuum, of course I knew it would be impossible to find such perfection again. Each year the new models get cheaper in parts while more expensive in price. After days of exhaustive searching… thinking perhaps I could find a remanufactured version of my old pal, I gave up. Customer Review: The vacuum is just like the other Sharks I have had. Great suction, filtration and ease of use.I love the hand roller tool, it works great on my cat trees! Also the other tools work well.The only downfall is the cord is much shorter than my last Shark.My last Shark is still working, but it has been used a lot.Excellent quality, I have no doubt it will last for years.I would buy this again.Only my 3rd Shark because they last while getting put through the test at our house.Its been 30 years of using them.This one is powerful and picks up all the dirt and pet hair. The lift away feature allows easy cleaning of couches, and it gets the tight spots with the attachments. It’s great at picking up dog hair. I never realized my previous vacuum left so much dirt! I saw a lot of reviews saying it left swirly dirt marks but I think it’s honestly just getting old dirt up that I never could before, so it’s worth it to use this a couple of times for a deep clean, and then just use for maintenance. I’m excited to go over all my floors a few times with this and get them nice and clean. I rent and the floors have really needed a deep clean for a while now. It doesn’t really get corners or nooks/tight spaces very well, but I have baseboards I need to clean anyway so it’s not a big deal for me to get the corners on my own. I have a small place but the water reservoir held enough for me to go over my kitchen and bathroom once, and that was me going pretty slow and keeping the pads in one spot for a while to really scrub. I vacuumed first but it did catch some hair and things that the vacuum missed which was nice. I can easily wash the pads by hand which I prefer rather than putting them in the washing machine. Overall this is a great product for someone that has a small place and no room for a bucket to mop regularly. I’d probably use it if I had a larger house as well but the reservoir might have to be refilled pretty often on your first few cleans. It’s also probably not the hottest steamer out there, I have a handheld one that I think gets a bit hotter. This product is designed for emergency shut off so expect it to turn off if you try to maneuver it into a small space. Personally, it doesn’t bother me because I’d rather it have the safety features and heat control. I don’t think this product necessarily saves more time than using a scrub mop and some elbow grease for a “deep” clean, as you will probably have to go over your floor a few times with it. What I do appreciate about it however is it eliminates the hard work of scrubbing, which gets old fast. Just keep in mind it doesn’t scrub harder than you probably can by hand. I can definitely scrub harder by hand.

Customer Review: this is a pretty amazing piece of kit. Fill up with water, plug it in wiat a bit for it to heat up and then it does an amazing job of cleaning up. Got rid of a lot of tough stuff that had been spilled on my kitchen floor. I have a back injury and hard scrubbing or traditional mopping are not a thing for me. This took care of everything for me. Customer Review: I have lots of vacuums. I have cordless sticks, traditional sweepers and the robot vacuums that run when I’m not around. I have two dogs, so I feel like I need to clean the floors constantly. I found that the cordless sweepers are convenient, but not very powerful. I wanted a light vacuum with strong suction and I knew that a battery wouldn’t work…that’s why I got the corded version. Wow. It’s so powerful. It really picks up the dirt and I am very happy with how well it cleans my carpets. The cord is long enough that I can move around easily. It’s not very noisy and I really enjoy it. It was super easy to put together and although I saw some negative reviews about storage, I haven’t had any issues with just leaning it up against a wall. I had an expensive Dyson, but the Dyson was so cumbersome to carry (an heavier) and such a chore just to use the attachment. This vacuum is so easy to use. The suction began to waver, but I replaced the filters, and it was like new again. This vacuum is best I’ve ever had tbh. It’s made life and my job so much easier. I love the perfect lines it makes in the carpet, as well. (I love to leave the carpet fluffy.) It’s easy to empty and takes all of about five seconds to dump. It vacuums bare floors just as efficiently as the carpet. You can use just the top part for the couch and throw pillows or a long tube for higher up areas like cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling or hard top reach areas like under the couch or under the bed. I saw in the reviews that the cords was too short, but the cord is pretty long and doesn’t bother me at all. When the filters aren’t clogged, the suction is incredible and doesn’t miss a thing. For a large house, you might need to do a dump midway through if the floors are especially filthy, but usually it just needs to be dumped at the end of the project, which takes all of five seconds. It’s a great value for the price. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.

My neighbor gave me an old Shark Navigator she got from an auction, and even though it had a hole in the hose it still worked surprisingly good. The only problem was that it had a really bad odor from the previous owners, and it was so old that I couldn’t even get the bottom open to clean the brush roll.Because of that experience, I finally decided to buy my own Shark Navigator and I’m so glad I did. This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. The suction power is very strong and it picks up dirt, dust, and hair from my carpet really well. My floors actually look and feel cleaner after vacuuming. It was also very easy to put together right out of the box, which I appreciated. I also like that the dust cup holds a good amount of dirt and is very easy to remove and empty. The vacuum feels sturdy but still moves smoothly around the house. Overall, the cleaning performance on carpet is excellent, the suction is powerful, and the design makes it easy to use and maintain. Customer Review: I wanted a lightweight cordless vacuum that could go from floor vac to hand vac. I researched my options and settled on this one. We have a cat and also are allergic to cats (go figure) so really wanted something to get the cat hair under control.Unbeknownst to me when I ordered this, not only do we have a cat but we also had a major flea situation (I can’t bring myself to use the word ‘infestation’). I ripped this lil’ Shark out of the box and immediately started vacuuming, and have used it almost daily for the past three weeks.Really impressed with the suction, charge, ease of use, and ease of emptying. It’s easy to transition it from a floor vac to a hand vac, and the pet hair attachment and crevice tool seem good. I wish there was a place on the device to store the extra tools, because I’m just wandering around from room to room carrying them in a plastic bag for whenever I need to swap them in and out. Also a little annoying that I sometimes have to power off and on when it gets unhappy with one of the throw rugs and the floor brush stops spinning. But overall, I love it!I have two Dysons, a Roomba, and a shop vac, and this one has been getting by far the most use. I’m shocked and horrified by how much dust and fur it picks up every day. Gross but satisfying (and fleas are now at bay!!).

Customer Review: I’ve been using my Shark Cordless vacuum for a few months now. I still love it. I was waiting to make sure it kept working before reviewing. So far, so good. I haven’t had the best luck with the less expensive cordless vacuums. One was so hard to clean I just sent it back. Another had a problem with the rollers not spinning. I managed to keep it going for 2 years but always presented problems. This one is easy. The rollers stop the nanosecond a problem is detected and nothing has gotten wrapped up in them. This one is not so expensive that I couldn’t afford it and is what I was looking for. It seems durable and hopefully it will last more than a few years.It’s easy to use, lightweight and empties very easily. Just hold it over the garbage can and push the button. Nice. It’s also easy to charge. I just plug it in next to a wall and let it charge. My only complaint is actually that the charge barely lasts long enough. I have 1204 sq. ft. on 3 levels. I use a larger, corded vacuum for the top level that has 2 carpeted bedrooms. So, I’m only vacuuming the hard floors on the 2nd level (with some throw rugs) and the carpeted living room on the ground floor. Also 18 total carpeted steps. So, I wish the charge would last another 10-15 minutes for a more complete job. That said, it works so well, that I’m still very happy.The best part is that it’s small enough and light enough to make cleaning the stairs a lot less of a chore than with a full-sized regular vacuum. The rollers pull strongly and the suction is quite adequate. Not overwhelmingly so but does the job. I have 2 cats and need to be able to have a handy device especially for the steps where they love to play.

We have the circular Shark cordless vacuum that can vacuum the whole home, however, it often gets clogged or needs to recharge to finish the home.This upright stick vacuum is something I should have purchased years ago.Also, it is something easy to put together.….I did buy the protection plan because I am so tired of vacuums that just stop working and then I need to buy a new one.

Customer Review: Nice and compact, powerful suction for the price, attachments work great. Is really good for cleaning dirt under the coffee table and cat litter around the litter box area. I love that it changes settings automatically between hard floor and carpet. My only complaint is the dust container size, if you have pets you pretty much have to empty the container after each use which isn’t the biggest deal, but would love to have maybe an option from the manufacturer to get a bigger container to attach. All in all really happy with the purchase.
