Customer Review: The vacuum is just like the other Sharks I have had. Great suction, filtration and ease of use. I love the hand roller tool, it works great on my cat trees! Also the other tools work well. The only downfall is the cord is much shorter than my last Shark. My last Shark is still working, but it has been used a lot. Excellent quality, I have no doubt it will last for years. I would buy this again. Only my 3rd Shark because they last while getting put through the test at our house. Its been 30 years of using them. This one is powerful and picks up all the dirt and pet hair. Nice size dirt bin too.

Customer Review: This is a long one, but it’s worth the read if you’re doing some serious shopping for a vacuum cleaner: I picked this up in October so I’ve been using it for a few months just to get a genuine sense of how this vacuum really performed and I am absolutely impressed! This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. ( If you’re wondering why I own so many vacuums, I clean for a living.) I bought this for the house. I have two cats and a husband who’s into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn’t sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that’s something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I’ve used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments… Not this one! I’m able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it’s lightweight. I’m not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It’s really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. It’s harder to ignore when I can see it so thanks for that, too. ). The cord is a tad short, so I went ahead a bought a small extension cord to go with it, but other than that, I’m very impressed! Customer Review: Warning, it’s a long read, but I wanted to go into deep detail. To start, I have been a Rainbow vacuum user for so long. I love them and felt they worked amazingly. Next, I have 3 dogs & a cat. One is a thick coat lab and the cat sheds so much as well. Another next, I have horrible allergies and wanted something that would help keep them calm as well. I also have a lung disease and need something that will pick up as much junk as possible to keep them clear. Now, on to the Shark vacuum. I got tired of lugging around the Rainbow and wanted to look into a vacuum that my daughter could use and help out. I found this Shark vacuum and 6 others that grabbed my attention. I dug deep. I read through every review, good, bad, indifferent. I wanted a vacuum that was going to truly pick up pet hair/dander, as well as pick up sand & dirt. I was drawn to this specific vacuum saying pet & allergen vacuum and loved that so many of the reviews said it had amazing suction power. I thought there’s no way ut can be as amazing as most were raving about. After 2 months of digging and narrowing down vacuums, I was left with this one. I finally decided to purchase it and see what all the fuss was about. It came in today and I immediately out it together to the it out. I had just vacuumed with my Rainbow vacuum 2 days before, so I didn’t expect much. Oh….my….gosh…! I am blown away! Seriously, no joke! The picture you see attached was after 2 passes over a 2′ x 2′ area in my living room. Not kidding…pushed it forward, pulled it back. Did this one other time. I was completely astonished! There is no way my carpet is that dirty after using my Rainbow 2 days before! I swore by that vacuum and how great of a job it did, so I thought. This vacuum pulled out dirt, sand, pet fur from 3 families ago, it seems lol. I immediately took this picture and dumped the resivoir since it was full. I was excited to finish the rest of my living room and then move on to the rest of the house. It took me 30 minutes to vacuum my living room because I had to keep stopping to empty the reservoir. I am grossed out that it was that dirty, but so grateful that I purchased this Shark vacuum. The vacuum is super easy to put together. It’s not heavy and is easy to use. I love that it has the large vacuum and the option to break it down to a hand held vacuum to get baseboards and hard to reach areas. I also love that the power switch has 3 positions; Off, Bare floor, and carpet. I love that there is a place on the vacuum for hose attachments. I love that the power cable is quite long. I love that it’s compact enough to fit in my coat closet, but large enough to vacuum the living room quicker than the sport vacuum. It makes vacuuming a breeze. The price is amazing for being a Shark vacuum. This vacuum is so amazing that I finished vacuuming, rinsed the resivoir and filter, put it away, and immediately sat down to write this review. Customer Review: I have been through so many Dirt Devil vacuums it’s not even funny. They just didn’t last long and the suction was never that great. My neighbor gave me an old Shark Navigator she got from an auction, and even though it had a hole in the hose it still worked surprisingly good. The only problem was that it had a really bad odor from the previous owners, and it was so old that I couldn’t even get the bottom open to clean the brush roll. Because of that experience, I finally decided to buy my own Shark Navigator and I’m so glad I did. This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. The suction power is very strong and it picks up dirt, dust, and hair from my carpet really well. My floors actually look and feel cleaner after vacuuming. It was also very easy to put together right out of the box, which I appreciated. I also like that the dust cup holds a good amount of dirt and is very easy to remove and empty. The vacuum feels sturdy but still moves smoothly around the house. Overall, the cleaning performance on carpet is excellent, the suction is powerful, and the design makes it easy to use and maintain. It can pick up large amounts of dirt so fast & still get the crumbs you can’t see! Moving it around is easy, never awkward. & having it for over 3 years now, it has held up so well. No dings or scratches or anything. Still works just as well as when it was bought. I also clean my filter with water regularly & change when needed. I like to let it sundry for best & quick results. The cord is long enough to get my whole living room. & I have spent hundred on vacuums. But for its price especially?? This is the best. Love it. It is simple to switch from off to bare floor to carpet with the button on the handle. The dirt bin has a push button release so I position it over my trash can, push the release button, and wa-lah, it’s empty. No dirt and dust spilling everywhere. The dirt bin is nice and big. I vacuum my entire house where my two long haired cats and I live and only clean the dirt after the entire house is vacuumed. The vacuum head pivots, getting in all of the hard to reach places, and has great suction. I love that it’s light because I’m 57 and want to vacuum my second story stairs easily..this does it. The cord is long so I can clean my entire main floor of 800 SQ ft and only unplug/replug once. Highly recommend!

Customer Review: I researched this vacuum heavily before buying it and honestly I was not sure it was going to be as good as everyone said. I was wrong. The vacuum is stellar. I can tell that it’s cleaning the carpet in a way that it was not cleaned by my old Shark vacuum because of what I see in the dust cup as they call it.. it’s hardly a cup it’s huge. The one thing they don’t tell you in all the reviews and videos that I watched is that the motorized brush rollers are really powerful. I’m 72 but fairly strong very physically active/fit and this thing just about ran away with me. It was a workout to use it. Not in a bad way but still a workout. The forward is easy..but on the backstroke you’ve got to really pull against those brushes that want to go forward. Very impressive results so far. I might update this after three or four months of using it. I have a low pile ribbed carpet and I’ve been using it on the medium setting which seems to be appropriate for this carpet. I’ve not tried it on my hardwood floors yet. All I can say is the suction is very strong and puts my older.Shark Navigator and classic Miele cannister vacuum to shame. Completely worth the slightly higher price, very easy to put together right out of the box,. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Customer Review: I waited a couple months to do a review so that I had a good sample size on utilization. We have had a Shark Navigator for many years. It still runs and does a really nice job, but this Stratos is an upgrade in performance. The new Shark also has not clogged up with hair (so far) which was my primary pain point with our old Navigator. The Stratos cord length is about perfect for me, and the pickup on multiple surfaces is terrific. The Stratos weighs a bit more than the old Navigator, but I have no issue with lift away use. I will add that I am a pretty strong man, so the weight may be a concern for some users. The only downside is that it comes packaged with few attachments. My old Navigator came with an entire bag of extra attachments. Unfortunately, the Navigator attachments are not compatible with the Stratos vacuum. I love the Shark products. In my experience, they are better than more expensive machines from others (Dyson).

Customer Review: I live in the desert so a LOT of dust and dirt get tracked into my home, and I also have a what WAS a “fancy” floor finish that now flakes up CONSTANTLY, so keeping up on vacuuming is a *constant* chore. Just to make things more complicated, I’m disabled and have arthritis, so doing a lot of moving around and bending down to get at tricky spots used to leave me laid up for an entire day after housekeeping. THIS vacuum cleaner has been a complete GAME-CHANGER! It is a *little* heavier than I expected, but for all the other features, it’s enough of a trade-off. One of the BEST features for someone with limited flexibility is that you can lift the light-weight cannister and motor section off of the base and carry it around like a hand vacuum. You can *also* remove the handle from the vacuum in two differed lengths – a short handle for cleaning things at waist height and above, and a LONG handle to get under crevices and other spots on the floor without bending over or getting down on your hands and knees for tricky spaces! This vacuum allows me to adjust the rug/floor setting with a button near the handle without having to bend over and fiddle with a knob near the floor, and even has a setting to automatically adjust itself to go from carpet to bare floor. The motor is STRONG and does an excellent job at cleaning the carpet and floor with just a few passes. For getting under cupboards and furniture, there’s a sensor that will give a boost where you need one, and a light that goes on and off automatically because the darn thing is MAGIC and knows when you need it! The cannister that holds the dust and dirt is on the small side, but I think this is a plus because even though you have to clean it out a little more often, it doesn’t vomit out so much gunk that you end up covered in dust and grime. That is also why it is small and light enough to carry around, so I consider it a feature, not a bug. It is a little pricey, but I think it’s been worth every penny. I actually look forward to using it because it’s made it so much easier to keep my house clean again!

Customer Review: Wow never thought I would get excited about a vacuum but I am. I bought this for my mom and when it arrived it was so easy to put together only a couple of snaps. I had just vacuum her floor with the Dyson that this vacuum was replacing so I thought when I try this out I will not pick up much. Boy was I wrong one room and half the canister was full. This really picks up the dirt. I love the light that comes on to tell you there is dirt in the rug. I would recommend this vacuum it is not to heavy so it will work good for my mom as she is not as young as she once was. Update I now one one for myself as well. Well I have now had this a couple of months and surprise I still love it my floors are clean than ever.

Customer Review: I’ve now had this vacuum for a year, it is so well worth the money. I switched from my Dyson to this shark model. It’s easy to use, it’s easy to clean. The suction is the best I’ve ever seen in a vaccum. It’s lightweight. Lots of length to use attachments. The scent boosters work great. I can see where if I had dogs this would be great for the smell. The scent boosters also have levels you can set . I have cats and it collects the hair like no other vacuum. For noise level, I don’t think it’s loud. The quality of this baby is made built to last! I will never buy anything other vacuum. My only con is I wish I did this so much sooner!

Customer Review: This is my third Shark vacuum and there is a reason I keep buying them! They just work, period. My daughter is moving into her own apartment for the first time and wanted the same Shark we already had. It doesn’t seem to still be available so I let her take it with her and got a new one for myself. I do also own a lift away but find it a little too heavy to carry around. The super long hose on this item achieves the same thing and is way easier to use. Assembly was very easy and no tools were needed. All of the components just click into place and probably took two minutes to assemble. I have learned over time that the two included attachments are the only ones I really use and both can be stored right onboard the vacuum. I love that both the foam and felt filters can be rinsed in water and do not need to be repurchased. That being said, I usually buy another set anyway so that I can rinse one set and still be able to use the vacuum while they completely dry out. As for the performance, it works really well. The ability to easily adjust the level of suction right from the handle means that I can go from a throw rug, to an area rug, to a wood floor quickly and easily. The swivel operates flawlessly and makes maneuvering a breeze. And the extension of the hose is great. To reach the ceiling, I don’t have to do any heavy lifting or stretching. The dust bin is quite large and is also easy to release and empty. This particular item might not have a tons of bells and whistles, but it just works. For 95% of my tasks, it’s all I need. And it is a great value! Every single one of my Shark vacuums are still working great, and I’m sure this item is no exception. For the price, it has everything I need and really exceeded my expectations once I used it. I don’t see any reason to spend three or fours times the cost of this item on any other vacuum, when this item does the job. Highly recommended!
